formerly known as ivan
i still think gary could play 4-4-1-1, obviously depending on what strikers he is able to bring in.i think having the options for different formations will only benifit us, but the way we finished the season and played against boro with the 4-4-1-1, i would like to see how this works pre-season/start of season
giles_23_bcfc
Could even be 3-5-2.
Andy Horsman
A further full season on, and GJ has assembled his own squad, who have learned, with some mixed results initially, how to play in a variety of formations, depending on the opposition, our own injuries, how the match is going etc.I would expect to see 4-4-1-1, 4-4-2, 3-5-2,4-3-3, and 5-3-2 possibly utilised at different times depending on circumstances.GJ and KM are both more experienced this season, and better qualified(!) than before and scouting players will no doubt have also influenced tactics and formations. With a larger pool of first team players and more depth substitutions and tactics will be even more intiguing in 2007/08, IMOBRING IT ON!!!
