northeastfan Posted August 21, 2007 Report Share Posted August 21, 2007 HelloI recently signed up for BCFC World but decided within 7 days that there was no point paying for it if Virgin Media were going to show the highlights for free. I cancelled my subscription (within 7 days I am protected by the Consumer credit agreement - is this right?) but yet was still charged £34.99. As I have been at work, I have not had a chance to call whoever I need to call, so instead I have sent 3 emails - all without any response!I don't know if they have a monkey sitting at their computer answering emails or what, but I can not find a contact number anywhere on the city site to ring someone up and demand a refund.
