Online Ticketline Problems

Does anyone know what the problem is wih the online ticket service ? Cant get an order through for Norwich game .

Be interested if its the same issue I had three weeks ago.

I kept being able to order and then when I got to pay - it'd redirect me to another site which would then redirect me somewhere else etc

I gave up and ordered on the phone.

Yeah, I get to the payment part then select credit card and then says temporarily unavailable, been like it all afternoon.Tried phone but got bored after 45 mins, Now the phonelines are shut AAAAAAAAAGH.

i'd tried to renew my ST last night and today and all i get is "Unfortunately, a technical error has occurred. Please try again in a few minutes."

Yep exactly the same here!! Been trying since yesterday evening! Bloomin rubbish.......What pissed me off even more was yesterday afternoon I had an email from them saying "Due to problems with our banking system, we were unable to take a payment for an order you made in December. We will be taking the money from your account shortly"

Checked my account straight away and they barstewards had already taken the money. £67. That really pissed me off. I would have appreciated a few days notice at least!! For all they know that could have made me overdrawn and cost me a load more in bank charges. Fortunately it didnt but I was far from happy.
