Percy Parrot
There is a facebook group, which I think people should all join - even if you're not on facebook join up even if it's just for the one group. It is called Bristol City FC Fans in London (there is another group similar but has fewer members) It's a great way to sort things like Sat and also possibly socials. By the way I according to Jess on there the Sun Tavern is booked out for private party on Sat so someone is looking in to the Sports Cafe as an alternative
Percy Parrot
by the way - is anyone else doing London to Stoke by train? Please let me know. Be nice to have some beers with someone on the train.

Guest thefirstknowle
The sports cafe is terrible and early saturday evening there could, amazingly, be queues. Ive been a a right mission to find best sports bar here for a while now. Most are terrible. Tried Sirocco in Soho the other day. Worst service in a bar ever. Although the screens are decent and there are 100s of them. Best I reckon is the Famous Three Kings - http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/95/...West_Kensington Its right be west kensington station which is miles away from me but its got loads of plasma screens, shows every game and if you get there early you can see the Greek coverage of a 3pm prem match (although they force you to pay 3quid cover for this, you get a free beer so its not a proper cover charge). Its miles away from me but Id quite like to see it on a decent screen (sun tavern screen is terrible upstairs) - so I'd be in if we can get some of the London Reds who cant get up to Stoke. There's three of us in... Anyone? If no one is up for that, then maybe try this site and someone come up with something more central... http://www.sportspubs.co.uk/search.php
Private Cider(cider army)
How about the freemasons opposite the Sun tavern - 6 plasmas, with multi control (i.e Man u on one screeen and the mighty Bristol on the other !!) Other suggestion would be Temple walkabout......
Guest thefirstknowle
How about the freemasons opposite the Sun tavern - 6 plasmas, with multi control (i.e Man u on one screeen and the mighty Brostol on the other !!) Other suggestion would be Temple walkabout...... Its easier for most. Will they def be showing the city game?
Private Cider(cider army)
Think General consensus is the sports bar on Haymarket - who have confirmed they will be showing it.... See you in there fellow City fans !

Guest stevics
So the Sun Tavern is definitely out then! I am getting the train in from "Sarfend". I just want to be with as many of us as possible. (Hopefully with as few Mancs as poss). The general consensus seems to be The Sports Café, Haymarket. Alternatives being. Freemasons (Opposite the Sun Tav). The Famous Three Kings (West Kensington) I have not yet made my mind up which one! So I will go to which ever seems the most popular at around 3pm! Guest thefirstknowle
Sports cafe will be showing man utd game and although they will have the city game on a screen, the sound will be Man Utd game. And its expensive. And its cack. We're still going to go down Long Acre - either downstairs in Sun Tavern or in Freemasons.
Guest stevics
Long Acre Tis then
wonkyone
I will toddle down to Longacre too and wander between the bars. All the local pubs showing Manure matcha nd being a bit rude when I mention the City stoke game. It may be different next season when its Manure vrs city on the TV! I believe !
