Yes, the FSA have networks set up for men's and women's teams, however, it is done by leagues. So, these days I don't speak to many premier league teams like Tottenham. The FSA are just collecting data on away ticket prices for example and do sometimes ask Supporters Trusts to feed in on certain topics and surveys. I must admit i have not come across any teams that talk about the complexities that we face.

The main point here is not necessarily ownership, but that the football club (and hence fans) feel like tenants in a stadium that is multi purpose. Unlike most other arrangements like this, we have no choice. I hear the word "group" used increasingly in meetings and it figures in job titles as well. The challenge is working out who has ultimate sign off on the things that most matter to us fans. Cheers Stu

Yes, plenty of changes accepted over the years. Most of what we have done has been proactive though like commissioning statues, Hall of Fame, end of season awards, running a bar etc. We've influenced things like ticket sales and fees, stadium design, more recently reversing decisions on disabled parking fees and things like that. We probably will never know the extent of our influence, but as long as change happens, that works for us. A big initiative currently is to help get our football club in a good place to respond to the recommendations coming out of the fan led review. The thing we have always been bemused by is why the football club doesn't consult fans and ask for their opinion in advance of things like kit design. We wouldn't have that third kit now if they had! Completely agree. The Q&A at Crewe was cracking. Probably the noisiest and most interactive ever. Steve had to stop occasionally to wait for a well intentioned song or chant to end. The then CEO, John Pelling (remember him?), stood awkwardly on the stage in support. Like you, I am not sure this type of engagement has been seen anywhere else. Fair play to Steve and Maggie for pitching up in all sorts of pubs over the years.

Not sure is the honest answer. I used to organise them in pubs at away games for many years. The football club did one at Preston back in the Mark Ashton era, but it seems that these have stopped. Much of the content is pushed out digitally these days and although quite insightful around the playing side of things, not so much interaction on these other off field issues. Jerry does a top job working many hours over and above. If he doesn't answer a question it is simply because there isn't one to give. It will be lost in the malaise of decision-making between Bristol Sport and the football club. The group structure is complicated and confuses things. It really does.

I am on OTIB, albeit not a regular poster. I have been following the threads on O'Neills and the digital ticketing. As I have on Facebook, Twitter (X) and Instagram. During the season I regularly visit pubs and talk to people in the Supporters Bar. At away matches too. People get in touch with us directly, which is why I knew about the disabled parking issue. We did give it a good go on Friday, especially around kits. I just heard this afternoon that the away kit will be here late August/early September. It doesn't answer all of the other issues on kits. We'll go again on that one. As Phants said, let's build the relationship with Phil Alexander as we did with Richard Gould and tried to with Mark Ashton. Thanks to those who have submitted responses. Much appreciated. We did try to apply all the feedback provided last time, but accept that improvements can still be made. The intention is to build a picture year on year to look for any common or persistent themes. I am painfully aware of some of the current issues being expressed around shirts, badges, ticket and coach fees, potential data breaches etc. Dates going in the diary to discuss these with the football club for both the men's and women's teams.
