Super
Just checking out the competition. Just thinking Baldock will get a decent reception when he comes back to the gate won't he?
Lack of Action Man
I'm not so sure. We bent over backwards to try to keep him, he still left. I don't think it will be a negative reception, but I won't be actively applauding the bloke either. Plus he needs to learn how to finish a one v one. BUTOR
Defending is visibly a lot better
BRISTOL86
He ought to. Don't think anyone could begrudge him wanting to get back to the championship after the way 13/14 went. But knowing our fans he'll get booed and they'll clap Skeletor when he rolls into town with Sky in October
BRISTOL86
Defending is visibly a lot better I think there's an element of our fans expecting for us to be mid table contenders without even trying - and I think they're in for a shock! It's a big step up in quality. Not saying we can't have a good season but this will be a whole different kettle of fish to L1.

BRISTOL86
Quite like that forest top. They normally have pretty decent, clean looking kits to be fair, as much as I irrationally hate them.
ciderbeans
Not too impressed with this game so far. Looks physically more tough but I think if we can be quick in our play, we could be quite effective this season. There is a lot of slow build up play in this game

BRISTOL86
Brighton look by far better team. Yeah not impressed with Forest so far. Man for man you'd say they're a much better team though. Hopefully the same will apply to QPR and they're eleventy million players.

1960maaan
Just in from work, and I can't turn the Ashes highlights off yet. I'll watch the last half an hour. I think this division is wide open, some very good teams and every game is going to be a hard call. Welcome back Football
SedRA
Nothing to be frightened of based on that first half. I know it's first game of the season but it all look a bit half-arsed.

Esmond Million's Bung
Watching Rangers V St Mirren, standard is abysmal, Tavernier will shine in this league, Foderingham is still a complete **** with the ball at his feet, he is a disaster waiting to happen, he fanny's around with the ball and is often closed down and is overly fond of giving his defenders hospital passes, full house at Ibrox for the first time in ages. INCRED
Can't say I am that impressed with either team although Brighton seem a bit sharper. Nothing to fear from these two in my opinion.

Rangers are showing lots of promise - as is to be expected with Warburton at the helm. Wallace looking back to his old self - two young lads, Walsh and McKay, settling in to the team very well, and just generally playing good football. Drastic change to what's been going on at Ibrox over the last 4 years.
P'head Red
Forest player suspected broken metatarsal, very unfortunate for the lad, would be a disaster if it was one of ours!
Robin 101
Nothing too impressive so far, still im enjoying the game and competitive football finally back. I like the look of the Brighton Right winger looks a good prospect
Always Believesham
So glad the football's back I'm going off Hinchcliffe though, and he was never an inspiring commentator in the first place! That March looks quite handy for Brighton & the way forest deal with Dunk from set-pieces may give us an idea of how Flint will go down!
