Anyone else in the Dolman Stand get red paint on them off the railing?  I did, as did at least three other people near me.

All summer to paint AG and they obviously leave it until a day or so before the start of the season!

Strong cider that. Paint thinning, metal melting. Don't make it like that any more.

There used to be an old farmer between Burrington Combe and the Mendip's called Lukey who sold scrumpy that had an after taste of diesel (probably red diesel) that would have done it.

Luke's Cider, remember it well, his yard was on the road to Shipham, where you turnoff the A38 after Churchill.

Hi

The metal was painted last week so should have been dry by testerdsy

Anybody affected should email me and I will organise the clothes to be cleaned

Can't be. The washers are knackered. He was in the launderette on North St most of the evening on Thursday or Friday.

I'm not joking either. He really was washing the kit in the launderette on North St!

Talking about paint, does anyone else think that the front of the Dolman Stand would look awesome with some sort of writing on it?

Would you really trust the club with that after the training tops?

Very good point. I'd love to see a photoshopped mock up of some ideas. What would be written? I'd like something gritty.

Yep me and my old man got the paint on jeans, jackets and hands. Wonderful! Luckily we played like we did so didn't care as much but a bit annoying. Fair play to Mark Kelly for his response though.

Paint you say?

Thank God. That would explain waking up with a bright red todger this morning.

Looks like I won't be needing sandpaper and penicillin after all.

Cheers Mark. Not a problem with me as I was wearing red anyway! but I'll pass the club's offer onto others who were affected.

Was talking about this just yesterday! I'd like to see some sort of mural right accross the white downward tinted roof. Like a timeline of our club from left to right!

He's had the painters in, probably made him a bit moody.
