Can't really blame the management. By all accounts he looked class in training all week, and he was subbed off around the 55th min; so it's not like Johnson hasn't tried to change it. Just one of those nights... Quote Link to comment

DCT10
Burton and the referee are all spoilers, however we ran out of ideas after 6 minutes. The only time we switched back on was for the disallowed goal. A night of terrible crosses not beating the first man, too many flicks when we should put a foot on it, too many attempts at threaded through-balls when Burton have 8 men in the way, too many people standing still when we have the ball. Far too clueless throughout, no energy. The only players to come out of this with a decent match rating would be Flint and Baker as they have won everything in the air. Pack, Brownhill, Elliason, Paterson have all been bang average or worse. Quote Link to comment

intercity
Really poor quality football this evening. Passing, particularly in final 3rd, not championship standard. 1 Quote Link to comment
Northern Red
One of those games, by the sounds of it. Quote Link to comment
old_eastender
Pack decent shot, but fails to hit the target as usual. Quote Link to comment
Gert Mare
Two weeks off has killed momentum and led to complacency. ******* international breaks!!! 1 Quote Link to comment

havanatopia
Rather wish Burton go down now after what I wrote about them in my intro; their very unsportsmanlike tactics have gone unpunished by this hopeless ref. 3 Quote Link to comment

CotswoldRed
Let's not get too upset. Still think we'll end up 12th-14th. Results like this will happen again. 1 Quote Link to comment

Cotham Brow Red
Grrrr...anyway its a point (after a moment of clarity). Were not going to get dragged down again like 12mt ago. But...and BIG but... lets hope this is complacency creeping and thats it. Looking like a higher finish this year that will do me. 1 Quote Link to comment
Kingswoodactor
We just need to put this one to bed and move on. It's a funny old league, and the league leaders (Cardiff) have just lost 1-0 whilst looking absolute dog sh***. Onwards and upwards. Edited October 13, 2017 by Kingswoodactor 2 Quote Link to comment
marcofisher
Burton completely sat behind the ball and played for a draw. Sometimes you need a bit of luck or a deflection to get a clear cut chance, much like Bobby's disallowed goal and we didn't have one today. There will be days like this but at least we are still unbeaten. Onwards and upwards! 2 Quote Link to comment
bristolcitysweden
Total shit. Most on the pitch on drugs ref included. Sad we wasted the opprtunity but we lack guts/balls. Very, very disappointed. Total shit. Quote Link to comment
The Nest Egg
Lee straight off to see the ref. Don't blame him. The idiot had a Burton shirt on all night Quote Link to comment
Loco Rojo
One of those games - it happens. Doesn't mean we have bad players or incompetent management or coaches. Another clean sheet and we move on to the next. 5 Quote Link to comment
old_eastender
0-0 FT... sooo frustrating. Ref did not help, but we contributed to our own downfall by not getting the ball in behind from wide positions. Elliasson awful, Leko better, Pato quiet. Think COD should have come on for Pato and Reid left up front, he looked lost dropped back in midfield and Woodrow hardly touched it. Quote Link to comment
