Best of luck to them for the rest of the season, just keep your distance from us... They'd better hurry up then, they've beaten precious few so far. Their best run was against lower teams. A bunch of expensive, highly paid individuals but not a team. Didn't Steve Gibson say they would smash the Championship? If they are going to improve they will need to start learning a bit of humility.
Esmond Million's Bung
Looks like the OP has 'peaced off', personally not impressed by any of the Boro team yesterday, the keeper Randolph was jumpy all game, full backs were kept busy and the 2 centre backs struggled to cope with Reid, we bossed the midfield for most of the game and Britt was barely a threat. Many did not look up for the fight to me. Downing flattered to deceive all game, didn't like it on the right, seemed unimpressed when he was substituted. Traore was moody for most of the game until he was allowed to move to the right, probably could have been booked 3 times, twice for dissent and once for his petulant pathetic assault on Bryan on the touchline. You can see why if media reports are correct they covet several of our players.

In all fairness he did the matchday thread on their forums and mentioned some of our opinions as well as his personal thoughts were that they would lose 2-0 so not far out. wendyredredrobin
Once Boro scored though, I was holding my breath a bit praying that they would not equalise. Great 3 points in the bag though and onwards and upwards in front of the cameras again on Friday evening.

And he also said: 'So even when we are playing well and creating chances, we're vulnerable if you've got strength in wide areas.' Obviously, LJ read this and instructed BW and AF to stick to the wing and get their crosses in to test their defensive vulnerability.

Luxo Jr.
Traore was slightly worrying on occasion, but it's clear to see why he's slipping down the leagues quickly. He has pace and that's pretty much it. No end product and no real discipline. He can be strong too.

All the plastic fans of Prem teams should be made to watch this, to remind them what following a proper team is all about. 10am to 2am, virtually no shots on goal, abused by your own players afterwards and yet they end with same again next week..
