Sheffield Wednesday (home) - What can we expect?

No full tactical post this weekend.  A game with both sides on awful runs.

Wednesday have some reasonable players in:

RWB - Hunt

CM or LW - Reach, Good left peg

LW - Boyd, been a nemesis of ours since his Peterborough days

ST - Joao, on a good run of late

Hope those of you desperate to play against a weakened Wednesday team, will be proved right come 16:45.

Good luck City....let’s get a run started.

Despite their poor form, they seem to have dug out the odd decent draw in the middle of it all, including 0-0s at Cardiff, Sheff Utd and Middlesbrough, s well as beating Derby 2-0.

No easy games and all that. We just need a win, simple as.

Not sure we are Dave, we've got 7 players out ourselves and we're also in poor form!

As for 16.45 (or .55) who knows, anything could happen, I could be trudging home from a 6-0 City win if we're on form or a 0-3 home defeat if we're not.

At least we know the conditions won't play a part, perfect playing surface by the sound of it.

Although not much helped this time by your tactical analysis on the opposition I'm going for 3-1 to City.

I think we can expect fat blokes wearing no shirt in the away end. Don't forget to be so impressed....

Its OK. I'm sure their GP advised it. Fatty midriff, cold weather, beer and burger is just what our overstretched NHS need now.

All in the name of getting on the football highlights.

Quite. Hypothermia doesn't give you a miss just because you're an idiot.

Having layers of fat is an advantage in the cold weather. You don't need a jumper if you're an Elephant seal .

Which is just as well , going round the boutiques trying to find a pullover that fitted would be nightmare.

Not to mention the changing cubicles which are more suited to stick insects than polar mammals .
