Top, top free kick! O'Donnell looks like he enjoyed that one!16 points

Good morning one and all. The eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991 was arguably the catalyst for both the US Navy and Air Force to leave the Philippines. The outflows of volcanic ash, known as Lahar, was the second highest in the 20th century. Much of it landed on Central Luzon, covering the streets of Manila some 100km to the south, while the landscape and river flows of Pinatubo's province of Zambales has, for a generation, been transformed. Wide river basins turned into sandy deserts with occasional rainy season flows from the mountains and roadside Lahar sand blowing in off the landscape confusing the uninitiated tourist into thinking the coast must be close. For 5 years after the eruption the average temperature for Asia Pacific was nearly 5 degrees Celsius cooler. And I remember when it rained in England and the cars got dirty. As I think about todays game and write these notes I ponder the solitude that Brian Tinnion must have felt in that Swansea dug out. Alone, with silence all around much like now in my little boat in the very middle of Lake Pinatubo; a dark and deep kidney shaped pool of water inside the ripped out heart of the moutain. A time of reflection is always a good idea. I hope the City players have done that. I find that clearing the mind of negativity has a greater chance during periods of silent reflection. With the relatively quiet news of loan signing Peter Odemwinge joining City, with the proverbial 6 pointer at stake and having had time to clear the head of recent poor performances there is no better chance to win a football match. And I think we just might do it. The last time I was able to check there were nearly 3,000 fans going to Craven Cottage. Everyone salutes you for such remarkable support. UTC 3-1 Kodjia, Tomlin, and on as a sub Odemwinge.... He has to score.11 points

I am calm fella...it's many others who over react after each game who are not. We had a bad game at wolves...so what...it happens. as it does to every team in this league. It's the over reaction of fans after every game that's infuriating...we win one game and it's ok...we lose one game, and we are relegated and LJ is the worst thing since sliced bread. We could go down...we could stay up. Teams around us are fighting for their lives too...it's all to play for. One positive, as the thread I posted earlier shows...we are top of the league in recent away form...so we are heading in the right direction.10 points

Just got back in. Question for Mods. Why have you removed a large majority of this thread - the bit where Fulham got there other 3 goals? Thanks,.9 points

The one thing that makes me believe is the fact that twice in the last 4 games we've come from a goal down to win, after not doing that all season. It shows that unlike some on here the players haven't thrown in the towel!!8 points

Love O'Donnell's reaction. It annoys me when people talk about lack of passion or effort, it's just simply not the case with this side and hasn't been all season.8 points

'Bristol City really improving under Lee Johnson' says Jeff Stelling. Best not let him on this forum then.8 points

I don't get it, some had us relegated after 3 minutes today. When we win the really negative posters disappear until the next defeat and then they spend days shouting down anyone who says anything positive, dismissing them as "happy clappers". Some people seem to have forgotten the season is a marathon, not a sprint and things will change all the time over the course of it. One thing that needs to be consistent is our support.6 points

On an all-day piss-up with some of the Old Skool lads and this has made us very happy. Me particularly - my bellend of a boss at the Beeb was a Fulham fan. Get the **** in!!!!!6 points

Some of us believe in Lee even if he was given a poor hand I for one am impressed He may yet turn out to be the true messiah after so many fake ones. Here's really hoping Keep bouncing Lee. Ignore the critics and keep plugging away6 points

I notice none of those slating LJ after 3 minutes this afternoon are giving any credit after 94 mins...6 points

Bobby Reid on to add some real steel to the middle of the park5 points

Really want LJ to succeed but I am missing the City under Pembo and Wadey. Had more confidence in those games5 points

I know it's early days, but I can't help thinking LJ is undoing the good work that's been done with JP & WE.5 points

It's the game plan , we lull them into a false sense of security, then ' boom ' we lose .5 points
-
Absolutely. Make them a bacon sandwich and give them a beer as well. Then wash their car while they`re at the match. It`s only right!5 points

So a goal to decide who went to the Premiership or a goal scored by a team that forgot to bring their shirts, ate their pre match meal on the coach and then relegated you to into non league. No wonder we say "mind the gap" you sag loser.5 points

Yep...apparently we are worse under LJ...relegated after 3 mins into a game...this is a great win...a very hard game against another side fighting for their lives. As MK Dons showed against Hull...teams at the bottom are generally harder to play against. Well done LJ and the lads and all those supporters getting behind them.4 points

Did Ayling come on? If he did, then in fairness to me I did spend the last 5 minutes turned around facing the back of the stand with my eyes closed praying to a god I don't believe in.3 points

Driving home listening to talksport earlier on, their reporter said "Bristol City supporters don't ever shut up…fantastic support" and that when we were one down! Later "lets go to craven cottage, theirs been a sensational late goal"………………and I thought Oh No….Not Again! But How brilliant to hear that its City for a change who have scored a last minute winner? To cap it all I had £20 double on Burnley and City to win away………………LJ did a great job today!3 points

Credit to LJ not afraid to dump Kodjia and Freeman at half time, we sounded so much better second half.3 points

I like the Fulham fan getting up just at the end of the clip - a sort of "**** this. i'm off". Brilliant.3 points

Considering the amount of times we've got sucker punched last min, nice to be on the other end of it for once! Vital win, and one that not only gains us ground but surely makes Fulham real relegation possibilities, especially with Rotherham looking like they might just have the nuts to get out of it. Combination of extatic and relieved; well down LJ and the boys - bold half time subs to bring us back into it. COYR!3 points

Smoked 3 back to back Chest is spluttering Are we still on for a vital point ?3 points

It's funny that rovers fans always celebrate a game that meant that City would spend the following season in the Championship. Whilst City fans always celebrate the game that meant you spent the following season in non league. No wonder people laugh at how tinpot you are.2 points
