That's true. But it's never meant "offended by hearing the F word on ITV4" and never will. Being offended by swearing is more of a gammon thing.

It's not my definition. But it's what the word means. Far better to angry about racism though than to be angry at people for being anti-racist. In my opinion of course.

It was not a comment on tolerance in society, it was a comment that people are using the word "woke" with no idea what it actually means. And I guarantee that no "woke" people are complaining about hearing swearing on ITV4's football coverage.

My mum took my son and my nephew to it, they both loved it. It's a great event and the kids absolutely loved it.

It's not an arrogant statement and there was nothing there that said you had to agree with my views. If somebody hears an ITV4 commentator apologise for the crowd swearing, and immediately rants about "woke", then they clearly have no idea what the word "woke" even means. "Woke" has absolutely nothing to do with swearing being heard on TV. You might as well rant about "people are complaining about swearing at football! It's radishes gone mad" as that makes as much sense.

It's been a "woke" issue ever since the Daily Mail started using "woke" to describe anything that simple minded people get annoyed/confused by.

They should just edit out the swearing like they do with movies.

I just couldn't stand the idea of a cup upset. On paper we should thrash them like England Women thrashed Latvia, but the FA Cup is never that simple. At the same time though, a derby would be fun.

Oh yeah, I completely agree the majority of the dark web is going to be illegal or crazy stuff. It's amusing that the conspiracy minded people using the dark web are probably accessing it via TOR, which has its origins in a US Navy project.

You said the police got involved. So there are only two options: 1. Your associate was viewing child porn/buying drugs. 2. You are mistaken that the police got involved. Nobody "ends up in front of the police" for accessing the internet whether it's the normal or dark web.

The dark web isn't illegal to access. It's not a single thing, it merely refers to areas of the internet that you can't find on search engines and that are highly encrypted. If the police were involved, then your associate was doing something dodgy on the dark web, they wouldn't get involved for just accessing it.

That's weird because the 2016 Ghostbusters film was a lot like watching Bristol Rovers. It was so bad that fans just wished they could have stuck with watching the '80s version.

That's not really true. The dark web isn't a single thing, it's just a different part of the internet that's harder to get into and easier to be anonymous on.

I was given a 3 month trial to Apple TV and so have been working my way through stuff on there. It's definitely not worth subscribing to, there's a lot less content than Netflix/Amazon. Bit if you get a free trial then Ted Lasso, For All Mankind and Foundation are all worth a watch. And Long Way Up (Ewan McGregor on a motorcycle) is a good documentary.
