Yeah i think we would, especially if he makes it clear he won't be signing a new deal & if Manning wants to sign a new striker, would make sense to get a couple of million for him instead of nothing in the summer. I also think he would want to make a move to top end team that will create chances, even if it's the same division as us, so if a team like a Burnley came knocking & we rejected, we could have a very unhappy player on our hands. Would much rather him sign a new deal, but i really don't see this club progressing much in the next 2 or 3 years with the way the club is currently run (not a knock so much at Manning even though i don't think we look very good at all under him, but i can't see any manager succeeding whilst Tubbion has such a big say in matters) so can fully get him wanting out.

Hoping when he moves on this summer that it will be to a top end promotion competing team, maybe even Burnley or Sheffield Utd as they will likely need a new striker. He won't get game time at a Prem club yet, but playing for a top level Championship team that will create 2 or 3 chances a game for him (he's lucky if he even gets 1 chance here) would see him hit 15-20 goals a season quite comfortably. Some of the comments on here about him are a joke, he's only 21 ffs & being asked to play a tough role whilst having injuries throughout the season. He could also go down the easier but more illustrious route of a move to Rangers or Celtic, which would probably guarantee him international appearances as well.

Think that is a bit harsh - his first 3 seasons at United he was their best player, but was always made the scapegoat, despite just how awful of a team he had to play with. Always thought he was outstanding for France & if he would of joined Man City over United i'm sure he would of been one of the best in the Prem, instead he wasted his career trying to carry a terrible United team. The amount of stick he got from fans probably made him fall out of love with the game in the end. Added in to that his family shenanigans, i don't think he has ever had the best people around him to advise him, especially when his hanger on brothers appear to have tried blackmailing him.

If Aden Flint & Marlon Pack were given abuse, despite both having achieved & given way more than a bloke whose most recognised at the club for some idiots who couldn't pronounce his name deciding to call him "Dave", then i highly doubt or would expect that he will be getting a warm welcome.

Being honest, i thought he looked extremely raw & nowhere near ready for first team Championship football. Would of been nice to of got him a League 1 or 2 loan for the rest of the season instead of non league, but can't see this loan harming him especially if he can get a few goals to give him some real confidence going in to pre-season.

Thought i would try the tickets early as i got the email just before half 8....it worked, so don't bother waiting until 9!

Really? Not knocking the performance at all, but would rather of lost in 90mins than the extra half hour plus stress of penalties with a league game less than 3 days away! Great effort from the players though, shame we couldn’t get the win.

Haven’t listened to it, as we all know Tinnion is a bullshitter, but seems as though judging by the earlier posts that Twine isn’t likely to stay - then what the hell did we bother getting him on loan for then? What a waste of money.

An “enforcement” for no shows? **** me, I miss the vast majority of night games due to not having enough time to finish work, shower, eat dinner and then make it to the ground in time. And sometimes, in the middle of winter or if its been pissing down all day, then sometimes you would rather just stay at home with family than watch a terrible game of football! Fully behind a resale potentially if you are not attending the game, but to try and “enforce” something for not turning up to games (which they have already paid for) is complete madness, would never ever happen.

You realise McCrorie has only recently come back from a potential career ending injury/medical issue? Give the guy a break, he has actually looked pretty decent but isn’t going to be anywhere near his best for another month or so i doubt, when he can actually complete 90 minutes.

Not sure how it would work registration wise, but could it come down to him having 3 or 4 games and his heart not being fully in it, that Derby then decide to end the loan & just send him to us instead? Hopefully this wouldn’t happen, but just a thought perhaps, particularly if as you mention fans start to get at him.

Delighted with this! Hopefully he can have a good end of the season with Derby (escaping any injuries!). A starting midfield 3 of TGH, Knight & Bird is quite an exciting prospect to look forward to.

Has it been confirmed that there is an option by City? Much more happy if this would be the case, but as a rule i was much more happier with Pearson’s opinion on loan signings, particularly if this lad & Twine are both class for the rest of the year without any options, could lead to a bit of an awkward summer.
