  1. I agree it is a shame about his injury but I very much doubt we will see him again. I cant personally see him coming down the gate when he is still contracted to stoke and I personally think we will look else where instead of taking the option up to buy him

So a striker has the ball just inside the box with his back to goal but can lay it off 5 yards to the side for his team mate to be clean through but a defender can choose to quickly just push him over and give away an indirect free kick instead.

Surely that would just open it up to defenders to push strikers over if they dont have a shot on goal but just about to lay it off to someone?
  4. Am I missing something or isnt Janneh still out injured? He never went out on loan. Or is he back and gone out on loan since?
  5. I have been to Newport to watch us play in a friendly. Think it was when tinman was in charge
  6. For my life right now this would be ideal but having had a season ticket for years previously I would have been bloody pissed off if this had happened
  7. I loved Phillip's when he was here, had some dodgy moments on crosses but pulled off some amazing saves. The penalty save against Everton and rebound save has to be one of the best saves I have ever seen. Good to hear he's still doing well
  8. Pretty sure the yellows dont get cleared until January so that would be a long time to drop him for. Even if he does get booked again we would be better off him missing the one game through suspension than 3 1/2 months.
  9. With the amounts of hackers and internet fraud this would be a nightmare. I get what you are saying but hackers would have a field day
  10. Whether people agree with flares or not these comments are stupid that they aren't football fans. Yes they are 100% it's just they enjoy the day different to others. Exactly the same way as when singers say people who dont sing aren't fans or when people who cause trouble aren't fans.
  11. No I wouldn't consider myself a 'sensitive little chap' even though I lost my dad to cancer and someone else very close to me has terminal cancer. I just think it's stupid how the person who made the original comment was offend by a joke taking the piss out the fact this is on a football forum but then brings a stupid comment in about cancer.
  12. You are comparing a joke to cancer. You may consider his joke out of place but your comment is the lowest of the low. Hopefully the original poster finds his cat but the situation is not at all comparable to people losing there lives.
  13. So you were asleep for 2 minutes.
  14. So 2 out of the 3 Brighton CB's are English but cant get in the England squad yet you think if Webster manages to break the into the team (not a certainty) he will be in the England squad in March. That is a very big shout
