  1. I'm glad this has been brought up as I've been thinking the same thing. I too assumed it's a given that he won't be allowed to play for us but because nothing was mentioned in any of the articles when he signed for us, that's what made me wonder. If you compare it to when Pato was loaned out to Derby, one of the first things specified was the fact that "Paterson will not be eligible to play against Lee Johnson’s side when the teams meet in the 2019/20 season" whereas nothing with Benik. Also, with the fact there is an option to purchase him at the end of the season, I wondered if that had any bearing on the rules....
  2. Yet to hear Oscar this season. Has he resigned? Always a good episode when it's been yourself, Rob and him. I mean, they're all good tbf.
  3. Was 2012 (Easter Saturday). 2013 was the year we went down.
  4. The nearest Spoons to London Bridge..... is the one in London Bridge - The Pommelers Rest on Tower Bridge Road - 10 minute walk from London Bridge station. What I've done on the previous two occasions I've been to Millwall though is get off at Surrey Quays station and go to The Surrey Docks Spoons around the corner then take the 15-20 minute "stroll" to the ground.....
  5. "Clubs notified of selections for the final day following the completion of the penultimate round of matches," according to this: https://www.efl.com/clubs-and-competitions/tv-games/ soooo....I'd imagine either after the Derby game or the Millwall game...
  6. Today according to EFL website. https://www.efl.com/clubs-and-competitions/tv-games/
  7. Steve Bruce..... well, nearly - we were his final away game....
  8. Gary Rowett for one (well, we were the last league opposition he managed against)....
  9. Was meant to do this last week but completely forgot. If I'm allowed to start from this week then Norwich please.
  10. Easily one of the worst away days. Shithole of a ground, shithole of an area, shit inbred fans, can’t get a drink anywhere in the area, can’t get a drink in the ground and we always lose.
  11. Like a complete tit, I turned up yesterday in just a t-shirt. Being 5 or 6 rows from the front, I was getting drenched. Due to desperate measures, I thought I'd go and buy something from the club shop. £75 for a coat. £55 for a hoodie. Thought sod it - I'd rather catch a cold. Although the bloke in the shop did mention that there's some reasonably cheap kids t-shirts......I'm 29
  12. My old man took me for the first time when I was 6 years old (Boxing Day 1994 - drew nil nil at home to Watford apparently) but that was due to the fact no-one could look after me! I then started going regularly in the 1996/1997 season when I was 7 / 8. Never looked back since. My brother (3 years younger than me) was also dragged along during this season and regularly fell asleep along the wooden seats of the Dullmoan.....
  13. Can't comment on the parking as only ever been there by train but both times I've been, I've frequented The Bluecoat Wetherspoons - a 10 minute walk away from the ground (if that). Decent enough pub but does get full as one would expect.
  14. Should hopefully **** up the journey back to Brum for the extra 700 Villa fans we've let in.....
