  1. Will say this again. Wasn't Cotts assisting "Arry" Rednapp and our boys did him a favour, well that's how it looked from what was going on in front of my eyes!
  2. Probably. Isn't there a proposed regeneration of that whole.
  3. Thomas Ware and Son. Nothing on media sites for a couple of years but filed accounts in Sept 2023.
  4. Your behind everyone sat in front of you so the lower the row number the quicker you will get out. Dolman stand is notoriously slow to exit. 30 odd years have taught me that and I have an end seat!
  5. Remember sitting in the middle of a row will add 30 minutes to exiting at full time whistle.
  6. Also appears to be unable to assess where to position himself as a blocker. Their left back was just behind their winger, when they had possession, yet Cornick positioned himself higher than that line and gave the full back as an out every time the ball came out on the left side of their defence.
  7. Surely that should be "That'll learn em" proper Bristol speak.
  8. As always. Another "pointer" we've had a few.
  9. I will say it again, "we played for Cotterill that day and helped him and Arry out"
  10. But it was hissing down throughout the game and for how many days prior.
  11. Bring back the match day "specials" letter L from Knowle West. Drivers and Conductors sat around the perimeter of the pitch and leaving 10 minutes before time to man the long line of buses the length of Duckmoor Rd.
  12. Thanks CA exactly as I remember but wanted to check as I'm as miffed about Carey's creatively manipulated total as you.
  13. Does anyone know or have the time and information to advise if Big John ever missed a City game due to playing for England.
  14. Probably only 8ft square and stood on iron legs about 4ft off the steps.
  15. If you were in hospital you could get the live broadcast from the little shack at the back of the open end. 1954/55 my first games and it was there then.
