  1. find the negativity odd. How about he helps Tommy Conway score a hatful of goals in the remainder of the season or Jason Knight to play in his best position. Both then increase in value,  potentially substantially and gives us some excitement between now and the season end. Glass half full for me and excited to see how he fits into the team and whether we can start scoring some goals!

  2. for me the most frustrating part was the incessant kicking from O'Leary - each time giving the ball to Blackburn. Only when we started to play out from the back when 2-0 down did we progress the ball with any guile. Otherwise we relied upon interceptions or Dickie and Vyner stepping out (which they did well). A poor performance with the notable exception of Knight who was a bright light in the gloom.

  3. decent performance - hope wide players watch McGinn's goal for Villa. As with better delivery from promising positions we would have one comfortably. They had one real chance from the breakaway and scored. We fashioned plenty but final ball often poor- would bring on Cornick ahead of Mehmeti who disappointed when in promising positions. Good to see Sukes back on the right.

  4. cant think it possible that Jason Knight could work any harder. Think he was non-stop again last night as was Sykes who did very well in an unaccustomed position. Pring being absent and the required positional changes were  big negative which we managed to overcome. Hopefully come Norwich well be more balanced and will take the chances that present.

  5. perhaps but in the interim think he would build on what we have.... even better of course would be if owners saw the strength of support for Nige, realised the error of their ways and asked him back but sadly know that ain't happening.

  6. very disappointed by this decision, which has no football rationale. Just as we have a squad playing with energy and commitment and a clear style the carpet has been pulled from underneath Nige's feet. Clearly this has been on the cards for a while. Timed with two winnable fixtures upcoming. I imagine Nige ruffled a few feathers but he moved us forward hugely on the pitch and that should have been enough.
