  1. Yet it puzzles me, since you can’t be offside, attacking throw ins rarely go into the corner like a channel ball. Defenders don’t sit back on the goal line, so there is usually space available for a well timed run. And without offside, run timing isn’t as crucial as it usually is.
  2. Or if you’re of retirement age it’s entirely free with a bus pass.
  3. Can we go truly retro and have cotton jersey instead of nylon?? Thanks.
  4. I was surprised Jobi didn’t carry on in management. I heard good things about his work with young players at Orient.
  5. Yeah. Five questions to the SLO about those prices/fees haven’t been answered.
  6. Hull were playing Twine out of position. Maybe Burnley didn’t want him playing wide left.
  7. I’m assuming cockup rather than conspiracy. Can’t be arsed to follow it up, though I did pose the question on the SLO page.
  8. Another oddity - I didn’t get charged the booking fee, while many were.
  9. If they actually charge as advertised! [My West Ham ticket was advertised at £15 but I was charged £20, as were others].
  10. Let’s hope we don’t have to play Blackpool then!
  11. I definitely only scanned the bar code. Surely you can use either?
  12. I recall there was a lot of fuss about the language, but I think ‘bloody’ was about as bad as it got. That was extreme on tv in the 1960s!
  13. You were on Talksport??
  14. You were chatting with Martin O’Neill??
  15. Is it mainly due to their sloping pitch and boggy corner?
  16. I see the West Ham allocation sold out yesterday afternoon. So they’re quite keen.
  17. Yes. £20 instead of £15. I posted this earlier. I also put it in the SLO Q&A earlier today.
  18. Hi. Some of us have noticed that tickets are being charged at above the prices stated in the email. In my case, a 65+ Lansdown wings ticket should cost £15, but I've been charged £20. Is this a widespread error?
  19. I had the identical situation (except I didn't get charged the £1.25 fee!) The email said the 65+ seats would be £15 but they've charged us the Adult £20 price. And I didn't miss an option to confirm my age because the printed ticket says 65+ and £20. Cock up. I've submitted something in the SLO Q&A section.
  20. Thanks. Alternatively, if you go in via the link in the recent email from the club, it takes you to the option to buy your regular seat. I initially went in to the available seats, which are presumably those not held by season ticket holders.
  21. Ive logged in but my seat doesnt appear available at all, though others are?
