Hi. Some of us have noticed that tickets are being charged at above the prices stated in the email. In my case, a 65+ Lansdown wings ticket should cost £15, but I've been charged £20. Is this a widespread error?

I had the identical situation (except I didn't get charged the £1.25 fee!) The email said the 65+ seats would be £15 but they've charged us the Adult £20 price. And I didn't miss an option to confirm my age because the printed ticket says 65+ and £20. Cock up. I've submitted something in the SLO Q&A section.

Thanks. Alternatively, if you go in via the link in the recent email from the club, it takes you to the option to buy your regular seat. I initially went in to the available seats, which are presumably those not held by season ticket holders.
