  1. Just watching tour video's, mic'd up etc, it has always been clear that Johnson rates him very highly. I thought he looked decent when he first joined, but wow what a player he is now. Whether he has the stamina to play every game, both mentally and physically is a question mark, but he has certainly been player of the season for me so far. ...and what back up to bring in, with Kalas, Williams, Moore and Baker fighting for the shirt, alongside erm... Wright.
  2. I thought taking off Fam was a crazy decision, as we just couldn't get out. No hold up play, couldn't win a header, looked like he was jogging and gave the ball away. Can you get a game time clause inserted for a new contract?? Think we got scared the bigger fish were circling... Ill give him the benefit mind...
  3. Never seen it but a great shirt
  4. Pleased its not another Maynard situation, and it seems the players we have signed have impressed him enough to show we are on the up. It's great to have that ambition, however he needs to win his place back, and on current form, those players we have signed are better he is. Good luck to him, hope he turns into the player he thinks he is, for our benefit for once. Lee obviously rates him.
  5. I still dream about the saved header from Tinnion in the playoffs from 2003...
  6. Its a good problem to have. For me, Nagy is our defensive midfielder, and then it comes down to a choice between Massengo and Brownhill. Personally, I really like Massengo, and feel when its him and Brownhill, he is the defensive one. I'd like to see what he can do with a bit more freedom...
  7. This 100%. This is his club now, he's not on loan. He has to lead by example and he has done that so far. Im excited as I feel there is much much more to come from him. The summer in the gym seems to have worked too, with players bouncing off of him!
  8. It’s a big plug for the cotterill foundation, that is definitely worth a follow on social platforms...
  9. Exactly. He scored 20 before why not now in arguably a better, more creative team? The kid suits our pressing style and loves the faminator. Also, I think he still gives a shit, which is a + in my book.
  10. We all know he’s Bristol through and through. Yes he’s a **** for joining Cardiff, but let’s be honest, I’d have him over Wells and Most players anyday
  11. My god thank you for this post. I’m not old enough to remember ‘82(I was 1), but I do remember us signing Marcus Stewart, michael bridges and gavin smith and thinking we have made it and that was the turning point. Now we are signing wonderkids from Benfica and Monaco. Do I fear us going down in one of the toughest leagues in Europe? No. Do I remember as a kid rovers beating us and as the only kid at downend school a city fan, getting roasted for weeks? Yes. Who cares. I love it. I live in London now, I probably can’t get a ticket now as I used to, I miss the east end and away trip to gillingham, but as I type this in shitty Tenerife, I know people recognise my crappy Bristol city towel more than they ever did. COYR.
  12. Structured, attractive, dominating away performance. Men against boys for sure, it looked like they didnt even get out of third gear...
  13. Not fit to lace Websters boots.
