film about Bristol City fan Margaret Dodds

My eyes are moist. What an example to us all.

It would be great for the club to get her onto the pitch half time on Saturday for a round of applause but I guess that won't happen as she is (not surprisingly) frail and she says in the film that she feels "alright" when she gets into her seat.

So she would not appreciate having to get out of it at half time.

When was she 100 ? It should at least be mentioned on the PA system.

Not that we would hear that in the Dolman !

Remember her from all the media when she hit 100 but not seen that before. What a beautiful little film. She's a fantastic character.  "I can stand a loss, but i like to see them going at it." You can't sum up being a true supporter much better than that.

Yep I remember all that, bless her!

Note the usual standard of Bristol Post reporting in that link though...”Margaret Dodds have followed the Robins since the 1920s....” - ‘have’ ????!!!!! Good grief, and that would have gone through a ‘spelling and grammar’ check and been signed off by an editor....standards lower than shark shit.....

Absolutely fabulous film. Noticed she was a sister in the PMRAFNS ( Princess Mary's Royal Air Force Nursing Service ) so a top lady as I am ex RAF also !! Lovely for the hierarchy at AG to give her some status for her long time support.
