mozo Posted October 15, 2019 Report Share Posted October 15, 2019 Okay, I want to tackle inequality and the pursuit of power, so... Universal Basic Income to eradicate poverty. A cap on earnings. Anything earned above the cap is reinvested in social causes which the individual can select from options. To incentivise hard work there will be status goals for each target amount earned, like a martial arts belt system. Instead of having a meaningless number of zeros in their account they will have social prestige. All policy and decision-making would be based on scientific evidence. Ritual, tradition and legacy would only sustain if it was backed by science. Law enforcement would have an emphasis on rehabilitation. Money replaced by a new form of credit currency. Working hours cut in half. Free education for all. School to teach a life skills class to help prepare children for the real world (mindfulness, healthy living, healthy relationships, employment etc). Free healthcare. Healthy living incentivised.
