One of the first black heritage football league coaches, and assistant at City to Alan Dicks, and briefly our acting manager I believe.

Midlands Robin
I'd never heard of the bloke but according to Wiki he's had some strong links to the club during one of our most successful periods. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Collins_(footballer)

chinapig
Tony, and John Sillett, were the unsung heroes of the golden period under Alan Dicks. Neither has ever received the credit they deserve imo. He had a remarkable career, working with Revie, Clough and Ferguson. And cost us the chance to sign Kevin Keegan! https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/story-how-bristol-city-nearly-1233723
