The draw for the second round qualifying of the Emirates FA Cup has been made, following this week's action in the first round qualifying.

There will be 80 ties, with clubs split up into five regions, and they will be held on the weekend commencing Saturday 3 October.

An additional 43 clubs join the competition at this stage with teams from Step 2 of the National League System, the National Leagues North and South, now involved.

And winning clubs at this stage of the competition pick up £3375 from the prize fund with losing clubs also collecting £1125.

Following recent Government announcements, we are currently working with Government on arrangements for Emirates FA Cup ties (including spectators). We will hopefully be able to provide an update to clubs on this early next week.

Interesting to hear clubs from below National North / South (Tier 3) have been classified as "Non-Elite" clubs and will be allowed to have fans at these ties.

Clubs from Tier 2 and above will not be allowed to have fans at the ground.

Now the tricky part,

If a Tier 2 club is playing a Tier 3 (or below) club at home, supporters are NOT permitted.

BUT, If a Tier 3 club (or below) is home to a tier 2 club ONLY home supporters are allowed

If a Tier 3 club (or below) is home to a Tier 3 club (or below) supporters of BOTH sides are allowed to attend

My lad is officiating at a tier 2 club in the cup this weekend, they are at home to a tier 3 club, I try to go to the majority of his games, but can’t go to this one myself. Whereas in the last round he was officiating at two tier 2 clubs and it wasn’t a problem for me to go.

A totally bizarre situation, that just doesn’t make any sense.

On the point of tier 2 fans not being allowed to go to watch their team at a tier 3 clubs ground, that is simply unworkable, and incredibly ridiculous!

The next round will be played on Tuesday 13th October.

Teams from Tier 7 downwards are allowed up to 600 spectators. As Bath are in Nat League South, that makes them a Tier 6 team so cannot have spectators.

We can however, watch WsM, Bristol MF and Taunton if they are drawn at home.

Manor Farm are home to Cray Wanderers- I'll be going along to this. Was at their 2 previous attempts in the 3rd qualifying round against Slough and Wealdstone. Nice to get a home game at last.

Weston home to Larkhall.

Taunton home to Truro.

See Marcus Day is at Manor Farm now. Was in city's academy last season. Was on trial at Grimsby last month, didn't get taken on. Played for Paulton in their 1st 3 games until Manor Farm came in with better terms. Will do well for BMF.

Farm game has had plenty of action

1-0 down after 5 minutes, then a Farm player rounds the goalkeeper but leaves the ball behind, golden chance wasted.

Cray score from a freekick but Farm immediately pull a goal back.

Just past 15 minutes Farm score a second, but the offside flag is up.

Then at the end of the half, a bizarre freekick given against Farm in the Cray penalty area, 30 seconds later the ball is in the net and Cray lead 3-1.

Ben John the goalkeeper tries to get the ball quickly for kickoff and is denied by the away side, some handbags ensue and Farm lose their goalkeeper to a red card.

2 minutes later and a Cray player is sent off, only for it to be the wrong person.

HT in a game with 2 teams who look awful at the back and the Londoners lead 3-1, but both sides down to 10 men.

More goals in this one.
