Where a family will be paid to take in young players who have moved away from their family, but not old enough to live on their own. The Reuben McAllister thread made me think of this. bcfc01 Posted July 13, 2022 Report Share Posted July 13, 2022 Years ago, part of the deal to bring Steve and Tom Richie to the club was the whole family coming down to run a digs for apprentices as well at Steve and Tom. City were after him rather than his brother, but they came as a pair. Steve was a Scottish schoolboy international full back and came to City at 15, Tom was 2 or 3 years older.
