  1. I know but I’ve just lost the football bug because of it . I’ll always be a city fan & will go back when I’ve had a bit of a break . The club just seemed with Gould & nige in charge we were in good hands & I thought we were building again . We then get another CEO who seemed the right fit , only for **** ups from above again . One step forward & two back all the time with them in charge.
  2. I got nothing against Liam. I’ve chosen not to renew because of the lansdowns , the way they acted over Pearson’s sacking & the total contempt they have for us . Thanks to @redsquirrel for starting this thread . Hope Nige gets back in the game when he’s ready .
  3. There is no logical thinking on a footballing perspective letting Matty go . He made our midfield tick . This has tinnion & Lansdown written all over it . I’d be amazed if manning didn’t want him. I’m very comfortable with not renewing my season ticket. ******* the pair of them
  4. To caveat my relegation worries. It all depends on who we recruit . I have always thought though that tinnion & Lansdown don’t like having senior pros around . As an outspoken older head. I’d be amazed if Naismith is with us next season . I’m not sure if manning is a strong enough leader to deal with major setbacks.
  5. Very much feel that the club will regret that decision. I’ve mentioned it before . That’s wiemann, James, king & possibly wells gone in one hit. Who’s policing & passing on experience to that young squad now . Transition is necessary but I’d have kept Matty for another year. If results start to go poorly , who’s there to stop any problems within the dressing room ? manning ? No, tinnion or Lansdown I’ve said it before & I hope I’m wrong but I see a relegation battle ahead .
  6. Who was recruitment consultant during that time ? Mark ashton. Lansdown was obviously so embarrassed about it , he employed him again three years later . He never learns does he . Look who’s running it now
  7. As I said you talk shite & know nothing about the game despite your advancing years. I was there yesterday . We were completely out fought, thought and out coached . I’ll be honest . You’re opinion on tactics means bigger all & im far from an expert .
  8. My god you chat some shite. It wasn’t a dead rubber at all. Manning got completely out coached. Stoke knew exactly where are weaknesses are & exploited them . Playing two no10’s really doesn’t work . We got played through constantly all game & he did nothing to stop it. I genuinely expect a relegation battle next season
  9. With no CEO he’s running the football club . How naive are you to think otherwise. He makes major decisions that he’s not qualified or competent to make
  10. Just got back. Rare away day for me. That was piss poor to say the least. Got bullied from the start. It’s always been a worry of mine under manning of how easy it is to play through us . Stoke did it time & again with a single pass , opening us up. Again alarm bells ring about how he can change tactics mid game . We were wide open . Nobody played well but imo mcrorie is not up to the level . Players running off him all game . I could go on but I won’t . Time to open the red & confine that game to nothing but a blur .
  11. Not while Jonny crayon is designing it
  12. All signed off by Lansdown . We’re reaping what he was allowed to sow
  13. Then the club should have been honest. It’s the lies that have pissed me off since he was sacked & was the clincher in me not renewing my season ticket. Always love the club but I detest Jon Lansdown & his old man’s attitude to us as fans (sorry customers) only qualification he has to run our club is being born with a silver spoon . He’s a bafoon
  14. That’s it for me, the unknown . I sometimes struggle to make night matches due to work . If I’m going to miss 5-10 games then is it worth it financially ? Probably not . Might be worth getting a membership & picking & choosing games instead. It’s a dilemma
  15. I’m in total agreement with you. The heart strings are being tugged though with two days to renewal deadline. Next season would be 25 years as a season ticket holder . I bumped into a city fan I know yesterday & we were chatting about it. He agreed he’s also lost a bit of the love for it but said . It’s where we have a pint with our mates that we otherwise don’t see very often . If I’m honest I would have renewed by Tuesday but the new tv deal still pisses me off . A question for anyone . 23 home games. How many kick off times are going to be moved. Welsh clubs games are a given , so how many of the other 21 do people think ? If it’s half of that I probably won’t renew because it won’t be worth it financially
