Having worked at a senior management level with large companies in my career, I believe I have a pretty good idea how businesses should and should not operate at most levels - both accountability, corporate, commercial and Board level. Looking in from the outside, it is plainly obvious to me how the current structure is hopelessly inadequate for what is needed. We have no chance under the Lansdowns unless a fluke like Luton happens. We need change at the very top. Anyone who thinks different are in cloud cuckoo land.

We will sign 2/3 and then sell 2/3 and around we go again. No progressive plan/structure in place and no ambition. Fact.

Millwall geezer got run over by the BH that day. Probably the craziest day at football I ever witnessed, including all the England away games I went to. Everyone knew Millwall were coming down in numbers. Bristol City were a rated firm in those days which is why Millwall, Pompey etc came to Bristol. All seems surreal compared to AG nowadays, but that’s progress I suppose.

I’m on that video (:laugh:). Got a 12 month banning order. But Pompey were in our stand. End of!! Good days back then watching City.

Agreed, was raised with some mates recently. AG is not a football ground (hasn’t felt like a football ground for years). No atmosphere, no noise. Soulless place usually. As many have said on here, the ground needs a replan to help the atmosphere improve.

Agreed. IMO he has long overstayed his welcome in Bristol. The football club has been gong backwards for several years now. Bristol Sport has been killing the football. We need a senior management team, professional Board, direction, focus and a player pathway in order to retain the better players in order to produce a better team. Not good enough Lansdown!! Get out please.
