Sorting out a boiler problem today and noted what appears to be an expansion vessel labelled Varem Bovolenta. Italian, apparently, sounding like a no nonsense centre back to me. Put me in mind of when I used to think footballer every time I saw a Hertz Van Rental vehicle. Dutch winger for me. Any others suggested by everyday items? Favours much better players and teams with positional fluidity. That is elite football. This league does not lend itself to that. Anomalies such as Wilder's Sheff Utd are not the norm.

Seems to be a fashion for utility players as well, as I have said elsewhere. An elite level option for me, not wise in numbers at this level and below. The club seem to be following this emerging trend.

May well be, but not the point I was making. We seem to be signing a lot of versatile players, great if you have elite versions, not so sure at this level where specialists a more natural fit. Just how I see it. Sykes an example, think his form suffers when moved about. WBA fans miffed, so that is a good sign.
