Huge attendance tonight of 3676 I see for the FA cup game.
whats that song they sing about themselves being loyal and true??
Clearly a case of IT meltdown disabling the ultra modern automated turn styles, rendering them unusable. There were thousands locked outside.
SAA Flea will not doubt confirm this shortly

My mate is a gas head. We were talking last night at the gym and he was saying something about their planning permission for the new stadium expiring this month if they have not started on the build (but the car park which is separate doesn't count as a 'start')
Not really keeping up with them so I've no idea the accuracy of what he was saying. If true though it's a little worrying for them?
Won't be a problem it only takes a day or two to erect marquee.

Seriously? A 5% charge is the standard for these sort of transactions.
Had some business dealings with Bristol Sport on behalf of Bcfc early this year. Sure it was mentioned that if ordered by Bristol Sport on behalf of Bcfc they add 10 per cent. Interesting that Bristol Sports credit rating is OK, Bcfc on the other hand, pants.

I am genuinely interested to see our financial figures over the next couple of seasons. I am interested in what savings come from the Bristol Sport umbrella covering the stadium costs, and the other revenue generated both on match days and the rest of the week.
I think Bristol sport add 10 per cent to any dealings on behalf of Bcfc. That's how they make thier penny or two.

Apparently the UWE build starts in March. No idea if it's true or not, but I thought some of you photographers might want to record the event, and you might need some notice to book a day or two off.
I bet Go Outdoors share price will rocket with this news.

Mr Flea. There is a place for you that you may be unaware of, it's called Gas Chat. It's a special place where the gaseous few congregate to discuss all manner of topics. If you wish you can even start your own thread, as an example if you wanted to discuss the merits of which material would best suit for your new stadium that's the place to do it. You may even wish to tax the brain power of said forum members with a maths puzzle such as, what is the optimum number of tent pegs required per Sq Mt of canvas, assuming of course the guy ropes are factored in to the equation? But then it dawned on me that any self respecting Gas Head would know of this place, so it begs the question why do you lurk on OTIB so often? why does you web browsing history show that visits to OTIB outweigh Gas Chat views? Bingo got it, you're a closet Red. I beg you you Mr Flea take the plunge, Come Out, release yourself from your mental torture, be brave and give in to your guilty pleasure. We are a broad church on OTIB and would welcome you. I understand you may be intimidated worshiping at the new cathedral that is Ashton Gate, it's a big step up from a small tented chapel I know, but we can help you. It will be much more crowded than you are used to, but again don't worry we can help. I explore you Mr Flea just come out for your pease of mind. I am sure you will now get plenty of encouragement from my fellow Reds.

Reports suggest a pound coin was thrown onto the pitch at the Minimal Stadium at the last home game.
Police are trying to determine whether it was a missile or a takeover bid.

Woke up this morning in a cold sweat. What can be wrong I asked myself? Flu, Mumps perhaps Ebola picked up from my recent holiday. Then I realised I read smaller than a fleas post last night, so I am putting it down to being horrified of the gas coming for us.

They should have booked DancinDanneyD as a warm up act that would of packed them in. I can see it now the evening starting with a chorus of GN Irene followed by a rigorous Oki Koki rounded off with a game of celebrity gas bingo and a warm mug of Cocoa. What an embarrassment that club is.

It's obvious the gas are now more than ever before in the shadow of Bcfc. Maybe a good time to christen the blue few with a new shadowy name. How about the Undead?

Had a gander on SlagChat to see what the latest on UWE is. Apparently an announcement is still imminent (has been for around 4 months) and will probably confirm the new ground is going ahead.
But there are some non-believers who think the stadium might not happen. But don't fear, apparently one ITK poster claims they've found (presumably purchased?) A site in Emerson Green where they'll be able to build a stadium capacity of, wait for it, 55k! Amazingly some sags seem to think there is a chance that may happen, instead of them building the stadium they actually have planning permission for.
It really is like visiting a mental asylum over there.
I have heard its 27 acres in Almondsbury they are sniffing around, seriously.

Great fun this topic, but to post pics of this girl is a step to far. It would be wise to get these off here asap if you ask me.

My god there are some mindless comments on here. Just think back to the JPT at home to the gas. Quite Simply the best atmosphere I have even been in during a football match and I am an old git. Do we really want to see that rivalry die. Sainsbury have sh1t on rovers as they have shit on numerous others, how would you feel if the boot was on the other foot. All this guff of we hate the rovers, the gas took the piss in our hour of need is not better than play ground politics. It's about time we showed them some support. Long live the rivalry that I grew up with. You never know how much you miss things until it's gone, it's then too late.

so so much better than the bunch we have now, I actualy enjoyed watching it, shame I cant say
the same about this season, last season the one before etc etc.
