  1. RRRROOOBBB!! Deserved, we are playing brilliantly.
  2. Positive first half: tidy at the back, good movement and passing, chances... but once again our decision making and accuracy in the final third means no goals.
  3. Game broadcasted by DAZN here in Italy. Hard task for the lads tonight, anyway...forza Robins!
  4. Cruel end of the game, but it was a great performance: really proud of LM & the lads!
  5. I found this site and it's working too. https://www.radio-uk.co.uk/talksport-2
  6. They grew in the second half and the game was even: glad we didn't concede in the last minutes. Good refereeing. Hard task to win the replay, but never say never.
  7. Satisfied with City's performance so far: we pushed for the goal more than them and defended well, even if thet were really dangerous in two occasions.
  8. Overall a poor game: Watford had some moments of quality/good attacking threat (mostly in the first half), we had our best spell towards the end of the game. I'd say they played better but the draw is fair. Positive debut for Twine.
  9. How many penalties would have been awarded to City in the last seasons with VAR? How about red cards to opponents and other decisions? Having better refereeings should be enough to want VAR, even if in England often it's not used properly (so more an English limit, I guess). Then the utility can be different depending on the context: I follow Italian football too, and even if dirty things will continue to happen (sad but true ), at least VAR helps to reduce suspicious episodes.
  10. Haha, I didn't see the Williams-Benrahma incident because I lost some minutes of the second half: I discovered it here at the end of the game. I just saw the episode in the cup's FB page and...I agree, Williams was lucky : anyway, after all the damages we had from Championship referees in recent seasons, we deserve a lot more of these pro-City errors, right?!?
  11. What a night for Bristol City! Solid performance and a deserved qualification. Pring impressive again, O'Leary played well after some shaky moments, Tanner steady, James pivotal in setting our play and controlling the rhythm of the game, Conway lethal, Wells had a great impact as a sub...but a great effort as a team.
  12. His adventure so far has been positive and probably he can still improve so...good news!
  13. One of the best signings made by LJ: a great player, with a good influence on and off the pitch. He has been one of my favourite City players so I'll surely miss him, but maybe this move is right for both parts. Good luck, Andi!
  14. Busy day, eh?!? I don't know much about him, but...welcome to City, Scott!
  15. Great second half and the replay is fully deserved: it won't be easy to replicate such a good performance at Ashton Gate, but I bet the lads will make us proud again. Special mentions to Max (superb), Pring (did well against the worst opponent and pushed forward a lot), Conway (well taken goal) and Williams (battled well and did a brilliant assist).
  16. Satisfied with our performance so far: concentration and pressing were there, moving the ball well too except for decision making/accuracy near their area.
  17. Brilliant perfomance, superb result. Credit to Manning and the lads: the team looks now more balanced and at ease in possession compared to what we saw in the first matches under the new manager, a sign that the work done in training is gradually being absorbed by the lads. Third win in a row, one point below playoffs, no new injuries: I guess we can be satisfied!
  18. WOOOO HOOO!! Great second half performance and a deserved win which give us a perfect Christmas gift: thank you lads!
  19. Fu##ing Hull ahead at half time: probably it wasn't a penalty but they were growing into the game and partly for our fault. Disappointed with the lads so far.
