Planning objection;
I strongly object to having another 2,500 people singing that awful Irene dirge right next to my back garden

Do they really need a new, modern, high tech ticketing system to get 8,000 home fans into a mostly terraced old rugby ground?
*edit, Dave says the £10 cash only gate will still be available

This is undoubtedly when I look like a tit. But there’s no string of games there, where I see us struggling.
August 5th - May 4th is a tough run of games!

Very tough and very even Championship season coming up. City will do well to make the top 10, that would be progress for us.
From day one any team can beat anyone else, Rotherham could beat Southampton for example.
There's usually one or two surprises so I'll say PNE for the play-offs & Blackburn to struggle

What about the toilets ?
They have a couple of portaloos that end, will the concourse have proper toilets ? I assume the appropriate drainage will be in place...
And will there be concessions selling food and drink ? I assume all the contracts are in place...
And the H&S Executive must be on board...
As will the planning dept...
With the wind in the right direction they will be able to p!ss over the wall into the Anson Road gardens
