  1. Yea quite possible Wilder and Fury might not have lasted that long. I just worry for AJ he looked beatable the other night.....even Dillan Whyte had him in trouble.
  2. The best heavyweight fight i have seen for years, credit to both fighters. AJ is a amazing talent but lets not get carried away, he needs to learn and improve a lot in the next few years. Lets be honest here Wlad could of and should of won, he had AJ beat but he let AJ recover and get back into the fight. Questions need to be asked about AJ's stamina, after putting down Wlad for the first time AJ's legs was gone, he was a sitting duck for a few rounds and he should of been put away. AJ answered a few questions Saturday night, we now know he can take a shot from a top level heavyweight and we know he has a big heart to get up off the deck and win the fight. If Wilder or Fury had AJ in that much trouble the outcome would of been different.
  3. Yea i agree Joshua will learn a lot from this and be better for it, he fought like he was too heavy and after knocking Wlad down the first time Joshua had gassed. Can't deny the Klitsckho brothers dominating a generation but they both bored me to tears most of the time, tonight i have huge more respect for Wlad
  4. Absolutely effin amazing fight, it had it all! Massive respect for both fighters, AJ from coming from the brink of defeat to stay in and win by ko and Wlad for having the perfect game plan to stop AJ. his movement for a 41 year old heavyweight is inspiring and nearly won him the fight. Both fighters are a credit to boxing and sport, dedicated, hungry and professional sportsman. Brilliant stuff!
  5. Good few rounds in the Quigg fight, lets hope the other guy gases because he is looking good
  6. Just started watching and there is only 1 more fight before the main fight?
  7. Intriguing fight imo. People are writing Wlad off too easily, i think he will fight much better than he did against Fury and if he takes AJ past 8 rounds who knows what might happen. I hope Wlad puts up a fight and tests AJ so we can see just how good AJ is. Ultimately i want AJ to win, the guy is a class act.
  8. Shocking that a so called expert can be that far off the mark and it isn't a one off, it happened last week and pretty much every televised card! They really should do something about it, it's farcical
  9. Burns got completely shut out last night, Indongo looked a real handful. Some big fights on the horizon for Indongo. How the hell can one of the judges vote it 116-112? absolute disgrace, i reckon its a very high percentage of judges that are way off the mark which considering they must have vast more knowledge and experience than me is truly shocking. It's not just boxing its ufc too.
  10. Evening, deffo rematch hardly seems fair that Smith won that
  11. Wow that was a bit mad, shame that Smith won by a head butt!
  12. Joe Gallagher just told Smith that he won the first 2 rounds but lost the last 3.......WTF!
  13. Smith has done absolutely nothing to worry Williams, when he throws a punch there is no power or conviction.....only one outcome here it seems
  14. He has some kind of twitch/tic all the time not just tonight
  15. C'mon Smithy its England vs Wales here, step it up lad!
  16. Liam Smith getting out boxed at the moment, he's getting picked off
  17. Looking forward to seeing Daniel Dubois make his pro debut on the Manchester card tonight, watched the new bt sport boxing fly on the wall show last nihgt and he was on it, absolute giant of a man and very young.....good luck!
  18. Joe Gallagher hasn't covered himself in glory tonight, no need to pull Crolla out of a world title fight...yes he's getting beat easily but he's hardly taken a battering, Crolla has a punchers chance (not much of a punch i know) no need to stop it! Gallagher giving bad corner tactics during a previous fight too.
  19. Wow that was some punch and massive respect for Crolla for getting back up and fighting, great heart
  20. Yea i agree, i can see a Ricky Hatton type of style being a problem for Linares, someone who would get in close and work the body with aggression and power, i don't think Crolla has those qualities
  21. Linares is a classy fighter, Crolla needs to get in his face or he's going to get picked off all night
  22. Very poor fight between Rose and Arnfield. Can't really see Crolla beating Linares unless he has improved a fair bit since their last fight, got a few quid on Linares to win by ko
  23. GGG Jacobs fight was very close but i just don't think Jacobs done enough to take the belts from GGG, he fought really well against a below par GGG.
  24. Chocolatito fight was brutal, fair play to both of them. Could of gone either way imo so a draw would of been fair.....GGG next!
