I will answer my own question - yes apparently we could have, and we would have been back to 1-1 within seconds of conceding. FFS what is wrong with our team at times, so slow.

btw - when they scored and were all celebrating on the sideline in front of the camera, we had the ball, in the kick off position to restart the match - other than sportsmanship, is there any reason why we could not have started ? All Brighton's players were on the pitch, all were in their own half

True that they did not disclose the details but Taylor did say that he signed a contract so that the club could benefit from any future transfer - I guess mutual back scratching for when he could not get a contract last year (which I still do not understand).

But he signed a new contract with a min release clause, so Rovers will get something out of the deal - if he had left in the summer they would have been in trouble...

So championship 2017 and premier League 2018.... way to go - you won;t even need the stadium once you get those PL revenues coming in, hell you won't even need a crowd as it's nothing compared to the TV revenue.... pretty good plan, nice to see your practicing implementing it already.

reminds me of one of the things i love about our new stadium, how close the fans are to the pitch - it would have been so easy to put a huge segregation / gap in front of the stands like we see in many places... but the crowd feel like your on top of the players.

I would hope we are looking at a top striker - cannot imagine we will go into next season with Wilbs and Engvall and no Tammy / Kodjia replacement.
