Fair enough - i see it was an “independent tribunal “ let us hope that the EFL takes this on otherwise it sets a precedent .

Drive a coach and horses through the rule book ,spend like its gone out of fashion then get a let off by the EFL ..
It is because big billy bollocks (Wayne Rooney’s Derby ) is a bigger club than Wednesday so we have to be lenient .
Wonder if S/Weds will start legal action against the EFL and seek to have their points rescinded.

So with the government saying that they would be looking to open up stadiums to around a third of capacity from October, that’s roughly 8,600 allowed into AG.
There are likely going to be other rules around concourse size and family groups being allowed to sit together but on a basic level that’s what we are going to have to work with.
I wonder if the amount of season tickets sold pre lockdown means we can accommodate all current season ticket applicants/holders, with some sort of buy back scheme for those who can’t attend/ don’t want to attend certain games? Or if we have already sold into double figures and someone is going to miss out. Lots of thinking for the club on this one. Let’s hope they make the right decisions with a nice early (well thought out) decision/communication.With no away supporters they should be able to safe distance using all the stands

This is likely to be cash flow.....won’t impact FFP.
Amazing that the EFL can deduct points from S/Weds but delay it until the new season thus saving them from relegation, at the same time not announcing the points deduction for Derby who also broke the rules. Are they waiting for the cash injection so that they can avoid deductions? My understanding of the rules is that FFP is based on turnover /trading rather than external investments to muddy the debt waters .
