I think they will find league one rather more competitive than the pub league they were playing in last season .

Looking at the the league one table championship club in the making ( joeys words not mine ) will have a lot of work to do to get anywhere near it this year . look at the top 6 at the moment all very big clubs and have championship wrote all over them .All except posh but saying that they always seem to do well in league 1 . good luck joey boy think your gonna need it this year . I can see a lot of rants after games this season .

Not that we will be playing them anytime soon , would love to see if thug joey would give nige any stick or slag him off think if he did he would meet his match

However frustrating it is giving the goals away etc etc things are definitely going in the right direction . I think some people are getting a little over excited about things . We are now putting our stamp on games not just hanging on from the kick off and hope bents has a blinder . We are actually causing teams problems . just hope the vultures stay away and we don’t lose any players before the window ends . still think play offs is just out of reach for this year .

Totally agree city away seems to be a very attractive trip for away fans , like you said not just for the 3 points . believe me from someone who works all round the country don’t under estimate how nice a city Bristol is , especially our side of the river & the drinking areas in the centre . my mate is a Swansea fan , they love coming here .

Not really but when a customer offers you corporate tickets for free , I’m all up for that . been to Milan , st ettiene, ibrox , glentoran & hertha Berlin , Dortmund & athletico Madrid on my list to do this year if poss

From my experience I think your correct .seen them about 3-4 times away nearly always corporate deals and deffo mainly mancs .

I know they have a lot of fans uk / worldwide but I actually went to watch them via a client just before the pandemic at Chelsea , had corporate tickets was a night game 0-2 utd . was a cup game so utd had 6,000 tickets got up to London about 2pm and decided to have a few ( fair few ) around kings road area before going in ground at 5.30 for our corporate, and to be fair even at 2pm utd fans were everywhere and have to be honest the 2-3 pubs we went in it was nearly all Mancs. personally think it’s slightly over egged that no mancs support utd thing

Most people hate them but Man Utd’s away support is superb Obviously sell out where ever they go . always stand up and very very vocal .

Would have preferred either a klose or pring on the bench than a James or king could of had one of each . Like others have said very decent bench though .

Personally have no problem with them at all , decent workers pretty honest like a pint like there football and got some decent looking other half’s ( so to speak ) funnily a Bulgarian family live next to us and again good as gold , couldn’t ask for better neighbours . makes me laugh though he supports Man Utd & Liverpool . Not quite worked how us brits think yet obviously

I think Saturday will swing us one way or the other , one of them places we never seem to do well at and usually we play pretty poorly. Still have that 5-1 or nil can’t remember now etched in my memory. a nice convincing 0-2 away win will perhaps have me thinking maybe just maybe ?

Excellent squad player & totally professional, no doubt very good for the young guns coming through . personally I do think we have some very good seasoned pros at the club at the mo , which bodes well with the amount of young talent around and just below the first team .

The evening fixtures I would say at least 2 hours before kick off . especially the Friday one . if it was open at 2pm would be packed with builders & scaffolders . ??
