Quick look back, Bess didn't play the away game earlier this season, however back end of last season they both played every away game so was Bess injured for the game earlier this season perhaps.

Could be wrong but think the point was more a case of when fixtures are organised why not organise it so games are played Saturday/Monday so there's 2 games played over bank holiday weekend, however the answer to that could be a case that a lot of people who are likely to go watch are also likely to play cricket themselves so placing the game on the Saturday probably wouldn't work either.

Odds on Sky influence? Less people in the ground probably means more people watching on sky
