No technically about it, sainsburys won fair and square, The bone of contention rovers had was about the s.76 that the gas themselves had to agree too before it was submitted, They are also guilty of trying to change the contract in regards to the cil No matter how much rovers and Higgs dress it up, sainsburys were not the bad guys if anything it was rovers for trying to hange agreed terms, sainsburys have done nothing wrong and all this bad faith is nothing but bullshit from poor losers If they appeal they will lose as the judgement isn't floored

Reading the judgement I don't think rovers have any cause for appeal, the judgement seems to be correct and sainsburys did everything within the terms of the contract to get the store off the ground, Rovers signed up to it they can't now say it's unfair, that should of been sorted before the contract was signed, Incompetent at board level

It gets worse, the gas are liable for part of sainsburys costs
