Yes because there is more money being invested into a YTS scheme then a level 2 academy that may well because a level 1 in the future due to the multi millions being invested,
They really are thick as pig shit
And legally we can just take any decent youth from them for peanuts due to where our academy sits in the food chain and there is not a thing they can do about it
Selective, a bit like you and your fellow gasheads with the truth,
Wasn't it Danny Baker who wrote (not that many of your dwindling fan base can read)
Bristol rovers fans are compulsive liars and that Bristol rovers were the most pointless club in the football league (that's and achiement since you've only been a league club for 8 years)
Chelsea exploted a loophole that since has been closed,
That and some.rather dogey dealings with the Saudis,
Also they get hundreds of millions more in sponsorship then say Everton
I think we all would love a new striker, but there are other parts if the team that need much more attention, up front, even with injuries isn't a place we urgently need to strengthen,
And this is the point some posters refuse to acknowledge,
Selling players for offers too good to turn down will always happen, the key is sucession planning
And that's what I see the club putting in place, hence the production line from the academy in recent years
How much do you suggest we spend? What about lack of depth at centre back?
And by loosening purse strings do you mean lansdown put more then the 150 odd million he's already put in?
