What an absolutely shit clean up job this is @phantom The original thread was enquiring about NP's health. It's now been turned into something completely different and all the original hijackers posts have been left in. Still, let's all forget about what happened and move on eh... Need a break.
-
Sadly? I don't think we, as fans, should forget the way the sacking was handled. Unless you're happy being lied to of course.
-
If you’re going with a spell of 10 league games for NP, Manning is currently 2 from 10. Manning is 7 wins from 23, overall win % 30.43. Pearson was 32.06.
-
It is, you mean no better
-
That’s because there isn’t a lot wrong with this group. A couple not quite up to the level, but they’re honest and generally give 100%. Confusion seems to be the biggest problem affecting them at the moment.
-
Talking of not giving academy players a chance, I wonder what Tinnion thinks of Manning leaving an empty space on the bench yesterday?
-
He never got us above 14th… We were 8th after beating Swansea so… more nonsense

The soft BC are back, after all Nigel’s hard work

If that’s true, it just makes me like NP even more. He could see right through that charlatan.
-
Well he'll lose his best players here too, so that's something to look forward to.

John Savident, I say, John Savident - Fred Elliott in Corrie RIP -
Unquestionably. Better facilities and continued second tier football show that. I think the problem for the Lansdowns is their continued inability to find the right formula. Flip flopping all over the place and getting nowhere fast. He'd leave us in a better place, but it could have been so much better if he'd have stuck to a plan.

That's because Nige had loads of time on his hands, what with never being " out on the grass".... I'm joking of course.
-
Yep he was, as I said, selective memory. Walsh, Williams and Baker made 8 appearances between then that season.
-
Mawson, Baker, Dasilva and Weimann were all injured for the majority of the season Pearson took over. Fam and Nagy were looking for a way out and we were playing Bakinson, Taylor Moore, Tommy Rowe and Bakinson far more than we should have been. Semenyo was a raw kid and Alex Scott was nowhere near the first team. All about opinions, but your selective memory won’t convince me that we were in a better place then.

He doesn't need to use his real name, everyone knows it's Penry, the mild mannered janitor...

On the back of the last 2 results, this seems apt

Sad news. Proctor and Zaheer made me fall in love with cricket after going to Neville Road with my Uncles. RIP Mike
