If we assume Peterborough and Derby are all but down, Derby 16 points behind on same number of games, Peterborough 19 points behind having 2 games in hand on us, Barnsley look like the only worry.
leaving out their result today they had found a bit of form lately, with 2 games in hand on us and we still have to play them it may not be as comfortable as some may think.
I will be happy when we are mathematically safe.
Safety this season is pretty much guaranteed. However next season I would imagine we'll be right in the thick of a relegation battle all season. If we keep our current best players there won't be much money in the pot. If we sell some then who do we bring in? Coupled with the fact that we may have to find another manager as well (if NP walks). Then we could be on the back foot from the start. I appreciate there are 2 camps for NP, but in my opinion I think he's still the right guy for the job. But christ we need some decent fresh blood. (Especially across the back 4)

I'm not sure Massengo is going to morph into the amazing midfielder some are predicting. He isn't quick, doesn't have a good shot in him. Not a great range of pass and as he never takes set pieces I assume that isn't a strength. I can't see the fuss myself.
He's put in some amazing performances this season. Wins more tackles than he loses and some of the through balls he plays are amazing.

You expect COD to put in MOTM performances every week? Harsh levels.
Hopefully your post was tongue in cheek regarding the man and mouse stuff.
Most fans don’t see it with COD but like I will always say, every club manager has always picked him. Pearson is the latest. The abuse he has had is insane. Maybe if he hadn’t delayed his contract then fans would see it differently.
I also think it depends if he puts a shift in. NP seems to have tapped into something and he seems to be improving. It looks like he's becoming more confident and improving his pass rate. Some of his cross to Martin against Stoke where excellent. However, he's definitely got bridges to build and not bottle it on tackles, but I'll take an improving COD over what he was before.

Wtf was that! That's what happens when you don't look like even wanting to win the second half.

Feel like we've lost some shape this half

Just so I can save a sh!t load of time. In summary everything is exactly as it was. And someone, somewhere is talking a load of boll0cks. Just so I'm sure.

Any comments about how hopeless COD and Chris Martin are?
Let's see how we do in the second half yet. We could well get a player sent off too

Nige not going with the team to Coventry due to illness.
Curtis Fleming will take charge again.
I wonder whether the effects of his 2 bouts of Covid might still be affecting him.
I could of course be mental rather than physical

I've come to the conclusion that we're good enough not to go down and this season that's all I expect.

Great feet and I can see how he cruised through academy football.
His problem is the moment the pace picks up or play becomes frantic at round him it just passes him by.
He's done nothing he just watches the game around him

Fair play. For me, Bakinson was one of the few that did anything positive in the first 40 minutes.
I dont think we're watching the same game

Nobody looks actually in control of the ball or running the play at the moment
