Can’t agree. There was some direct football early on, which made sense with Chris Martin’s ability but overall there was a massive improvement to what we had seen previously. You can argue about lack of quality but we had a style that worked well for us and got the most out of the squad we had. I found games like, Norwich 1-0 at home last season for example, entertaining

You keep comparing apples and oranges

I can’t be the only one who enjoyed our football under Nigel. Where has the idea that we’ve been ‘dire for years’ come from. I enjoyed the counter-attacking style we had which worked for what we had available. I personally particularly enjoyed watching WSM season.

What’s difficult to understand? I’d rather see encouraging performances. We have nothing to play for so points are a byproduct.

I’d be disappointed that our head coach couldn’t get his team interested. Sunderland looked up for it so I’m not buying that. We still have 5 to play. Or should we not bother?

Guessing the players will be thrown under the bus for not following the gameplan..whatever it may have been. It can’t have been that.

Would usually agree but points aren’t so important now. Would give anything for a decent performance with an indication of how we’re going to play going forward. I hope that isn’t it.
