There is just too much history between some of us on here and Rovers fans, which is why some on here just don’t get it.
I ain’t gonna bother listing the incidents as most will know what I am on about on here. Fact is they hate us and we (most of us) hate them more.
They can **** off to Div 2 and stay there as far as I am concerned. That is where those stinking Horfield whores belong.
End off .....well said that man

There should come a time when some should stop obsessing over them, to keep banging on about them shows they get under your skin. They are not our rivals, they used to be but not anymore, his sort of tribal post code thing seems to prevent us moving forward.
I admit though to find it entertaining in their demise, but the other part of me thinks there a lot of other good Bristol folk who are completely down over this, and I could never laugh in their faces over that.
well they been my rivals for 39 years and they always will be unless they go out of business. Nothing better than a Bristol derby to get the heart racing and the blood pumping.

Arguably that's exactly what he's done. Sunderland were going through a couple of sticky results before this run relative to a club of their size in league 1 (hence the thread). His managerial honeymoon grace period period was over and a few fans were starting to get a bit frustrated after losing to Shrewsbury. Since then their form has been fantastic.

If you can give it out, as they did, it’s just good grace if they can return to the thread - admit they were probably a little hasty and acknowledge that he’s actually doing a good job so far.
i for one wont hide could not stand him as a player or manager. Not a patch on cotts and miles behind Pearson, and up to now has not achieve a great deal. Yes he got Sunderland doing fine big team in tin pot league that we won at a canter, and getting the best out of charlie wyke and aden mcgaidy shame he could not do that with are centre forwards and Kasey palmer. Lets see what happens when they lose a game. The only time i will be a massive fan of lj is when they hopefully smash that lot in blue and white quarters then i will give him some respect for a few minutes only.

if lj gets Sunderland promoted
then lets see what he does next year, just remember cotts and the boys made div 1 look easy. Championship is different gravy

fury should give aj a lesson but as we know in the heavyweight world of boxing it can take one punch.aj for me is a poor frank Bruno to robotic with a week chin. Fury will have him chasing shadows.
