  1. It is not going to be anyone that has their own ideas. Rule out anyone whom is or has been a manager. Tinnion is DOF who will dictate. It’s gonna be a coach whom is willing to work under the strict conditions. No signings etc. Will be expected to just follow instructions from above and try to implement them on the training field. Basically a yes man who unless incredible fortunate is being set up to fail. Good luck to them!
  2. I just nearly choked… best suggestion since… well… Ian Holloway
  3. It’ll be a yes man.. someone prepared to try to coach Tinnions ideas on the training ground.
  4. Anyone who is prepared to have their hands tied behind their back and say yes a lot will do apparently as long as they can guarantee promotion to the PL. Shouldn’t be too difficult.
  5. Cannot name my source by a parent of one of the youth players. Not sure he’d fit the style either to be honest. I guess we may find out soon.
  6. Think it might be Matt Taylor if discussions are taking place with Rotherham
  7. Jon Lansdown supported by Brian Tinnion I think.. might bring in a head coach to take the flack of things go tits up and to face the press.
  8. Robbie Fowler anyone? Apparently is seeking his first managerial role in English Football.
  9. They are just relying on the so called predictable fans turning up to support the team whatever and spend their moneys on overpriced food and beer thinking ok.. we will lose a few of them but the deluded will still turn up as they always do nothing better to do and already got their season tickets… They are in for a massive shock!!
  10. DT I was there.. this is worse.. in those days people were willing and able to invest.. thankfully and we survived… no one in there right noddy is going invest in Bristol Sport losing £30m plus a year…
  11. It is Eustace. Deal with it. I have no problem with him as a person or football coach. I am a long time supporter of our club for over 45 years and genuinely wish him well as do I the players. I cannot though step foot inside the stadium until the owner finds his balls (maybe his missus can find them for him?) and put himself in person in front of us now to answer the questions from fans like myself both he, his son, and the other clown fail to acknowledge.
  12. To be fair I think KD is a fair coach at this level especially for the you uns
  13. I hear that Keith Downing is coming back too. Not sure about DRs replacement though? Any ideas?
  14. 80-82 worse.. but we survived… just.. thanks to some of the most admirable and unselfish players ever… wont happen this time
  15. I have been a city fan since early 1970’s and this is by far the worst time to be a supporter. Got a fantasist owner, nowhere to be heard, his son as chairboy who hasn’t an effing clue about anything in the real world let alone anything football and then a clown who used to hit a few nice balls with his left foot that is now the DOF or whatever name he wants to call himself! Got rid of the best manager we could possibly hope to get us to the premiership. It’s all an absolute joke.
  16. If coming here happy to work restrained under JL and BT unrealistic expectations to succeed then fair play to him… joke of a club
  17. I am referring to Eustace treatment only
  18. And if he does it won’t be down to him or whoever else comes in as the new yes man / bottom licker…
  19. True.. treated like shit by the brummie BCFC only to be treated same or worse but us!
  20. I can’t see the sporting quarter going ahead now.. likely that BS will be dissolved depending on incoming investment/buyout… either someone purchases the football club or rugby with the stadium and rents ground to the other. Can’t really see any alternatives
  21. £200m running at say £30m year loss… seems a good investment NOT. Unless they invest a whole lot more and get the football club competitive in the top half premiership
  22. I guess that will include the sporting quarter if it goes ahead? Bit of a strange one… not gonna get a whole out sale on that.. too much uncertainty and will never run as a profitable or breakeven business. Uncertain times ahead. Realistically need to get BCFC into the premiership to stand a chance of a sale and based on recent decisions got no chance whatsoever.
