He's a very good goalkeeper. Some of his short passes out to our defenders give me a bit of the fear though

That save last night with his left leg from the fierce volley shot was immense. Guys a good goalie

I hope there's a mural made of NTTDS at Parsons Street when he passes

McCorie seems to be the twin of Cam Pring...built like a bulldog and likes barrelling past defenders whilst retaining control of the ball. How good is it to have two players like that down each side!

What a day that was.
Great memories.
Love the challenges going in...absolute crunchers
Don't send this to any West Ham fan though, poor lads would have a meltdown

He's a very good Championship goalkeeper. I think some people still hold onto some rusty old views from a few dodgy displays from his early days in the first team

Anyone got a knackered stream or just me?

I don't know why Manning persists with playing him up top by himself. Its so frustrating for everyone, including Tommy
If you are going to play a lone striker then Cornick is better suited to that role imo

Quite enjoyed how strong we were down the left hand side today. Mehmeti and Pring often overlapping each other created quite a bit of confusion for their right back. Mehmeti/Pring seem to have a good understanding

So much better with Cornick. Physical and plays the right pass

Because we've spent three years building an intensive, counter attacking side who are now having to learn something which looks like the complete opposite
I think that's pretty much it. We look like a side trying to adapt to a style of football that a) we are not used to, and b) that we don't quite have the players for
Saying that, TGH should be a Manning-style player based on the way he wants to play, but the guy is again not in the starting line-up

Poor and boring. No attacking ideas, no killer pass, no through balls into dangerous areas
Sam Bell isn't a championship player, not yet anyway

Bell looks like a League One player
Conway can't score at the moment
Weimann has lost his magic, certainly his energy
Cornick, Mehmeti and one of the new kids need bringing on asap

He took a knock not long beforehand & went off a Saints with cramp.
I knew there would be a Weimann pile on because we lost, he was ok today, offered far more than either Mehmeti or Bell did when they came on.
Fair enough if it was a knock that forced him off.
Disagree about Weimann though. I think his time here is done sadly.

Substituting him off and leaving Weimann on was a pretty horrific decision

Should start ahead of Bell next game in my opinion

I’ve got to say that I’m really missing reading Joey’s rants on a Sunday afternoon. Can’t believe he’s gone. Gutted.
Same here. Reminds me of when Donald Trump left Twitter. Kind of miss the mad rants, was a form of bizarre entertainment

Yep, pretty much the main principles of how science works. A good scientist will never say "this is how it is" but instead will say "this is what we currently know". The same can, and should, apply to everything in life from politics to football analysis
