I've booked coach travel for the game but I haven't had an email confirmation. I can however see the booking in my Bristol Sport account, but it won't let me print it out.

Does anybody know what you need to show to board the coaches? Will a screen shot of the booking suffice, or do they check you by name?

    Thanks in advance.

Should have a coach number on the booking. They will have your name on the list when you board the coach.

Some of us don’t have any choice really.  There is nowhere else guaranteed to park where I can park the van with rear access to get Joe (in his wheelchair) out.  Even if I found somewhere, then the lack of drop kerbs or unblocked pavements is another problem.

They originally charged me £460 (23 x £20) for the Winterstoke Road car park, before backtracking to £345.  Personally I wish their was sufficient blue badge parking somewhere relatively close (I don’t mind walking a reasonable distance).

Have you ever thought of using Sainsburys on Winterstoke Road. You can use "Just Park" app and i think its about £6 to park there on match days. I use it when i am on nights if i have to shoot straight off after an evening game.

Certainly a lot cheaper mate and not that much of a walk. Plenty of Pelican Crossings to get across Winterstoke road also. Maybe worth looking into.

  3. Tanner came from League 2 and would say he's probably a competent league one player at best. Has no forward thinking  his game. Gets to the halfway line and plays it back every time. Sorry not good enough for the Championship .

Not sure how this one slipped through the net…

After their much-lauded Pirates Pot venture failed to attract enough entrants to generate an actual winner, the recipient of the second-highest prize (an impressive £50) in the first draw turned out to be one of their star defenders.

That’s one way to save on the wage bill…

  5. Would see him in the RB position. Tanner is just not an attacking full back and fully expect him to replace him at RB with a view of him getting forward more often than George Tanner does. Hopefully will add a more attacking side to this position - something we have struggled with this season. Hopefully with him on the Right side and Pring on the Left we should see a more attack minded defence.

  6. Nothing wrong with the culture Nige left us with. That team would run through walls for him. At the moment they seem to be stopping before they get to the walk. I sense the players are not happy with the appointment. Sykes looked confused when subbed today. I must admit I was as well.

All for giving him time but making comments on the post match like he did certainly won't get the players on his side.

  7. He started against QPR instead of Bell and was hooked after 60 minutes because he was not on it at all. As much as i like Bell i think he is also an impact player netter from the bench. Its a position that i think we should be looking to strengthen in January.

Your first sentence sums up my feelings as well, the manner of NP departure demonstrates to me that the Lansdown family are simply not the people to take this club forward, they’ve had a long time and spent an awful lot of money going know where.

The latest attempt to run the club is surely their last chance anyone can give them to retain any kind of credibility in being the right people to  be in charge.

SL is never heard from, JL has zero capability to be the Chairman and I’m sorry to say one of my all time footballing heroes may well have been appointed beyond his capabilities as well.

None of this is a dig at the new coach, I truly hope he is a success, but I’m afraid the weight of expectation heaped on him by the people running the club is a burden he really could do without, and is another glaring example of the people running the club being clueless.

That is exactly how i feel mate. Hope LM is a success but still feeling deflated they sacked NP.

I don't have the same enthusiasm as i had before they sacked NP.
