My feeling is that the only way SL would get involved would be to buy the Mem, kick the squatters out, burn the tents down, and build a nice little stadium for the Bristol rugger boys to return home.
As for the Sags.....Bye!

SL wouldn't touch that lot lot with a barge pole.
They're doing a good enough job of going bust themselves.
No need for anyone Ted related to soil their hands.

Don't be sad. No matter how old the gap gets, it will always be with us.

Read that the blue few have a supporters club meeting with the board this evening.
Hopefully more laughs and japes tomorrow as half of them swallow whatever line they are fed and the rest remain cautious.
Looking forward to our agents report.

I know this is as much the doing of the Bristol Post as that mob up the road, but to call a podcast "Gassing out loud" is just hilarious! Does anyone connected with them ever stop to think that so much about that club just makes us laugh, and laugh some more before they just serve up another portion of hilarity?!

Not all of them....

As much as I hate them, making stuff up about them is a bit too far. Why would anyone on this forum have access to information on something like this.'- 7

The only reason SL would buy that rabble would be to shut them down and donate the ground to Bristol Rugby.
(And then build a nice new stadium for them as a gift, after having the squat site totally cleared and fumigated)

All joking aside, I would be actually amazed if these chairs and the context in which they are utilised are in anyway conforming to any HSE standards or the stadium certificate.
Well, if the Sags ever get a stadium and not a campsite, they'll just have to start conforming then.

So, the top picture (looking very nice by the way) is how the Sags crowd would appear if they had a 27,000 all seater stadium?
And the bottom picture is surely a joke! I expect their new man will unroll a state of the art Coleman Sundome Beach Shelter saying.."Got ya"!!!!

But how many of them actually have work to ride to?

I don't know, I think what I'd love is if some unknown quantity from the middle east took over, promised them the promised land, then bottled it because he had no money, before asset stripping to make a return on his investment. That would make me happy.
You're dreaming!
Nothing that good would ever happen......
