But since the lady has asked fans not to get over excited , on reflection, I am repressing my instincts.

    Grr any links?

I struggle to get my head round Twitter.

I’d never heard of him, but that’s not saying much. After having a quick Google (that’s not a euphemism for something unmentionable on the forum) he seems to have some decent coaching experience. If he joins Rovers, the test will be can he convert this into management

Spent a lot of time working with Pulis, so a real long ball merchant I suspect.

Hands on heart would any city fan be offended by a kid in a rovers shirt? Regardless of where you saw them, city heartlands bedminster, knowle Hartcliffe etc!! Ok take the mickey, but threaten violence??

    No not in the slightest.

Would probably try and have some very soft light hearted banter with them.

  4. Just found this gem on a Rovers Facebook page.

Wish I was able to go to not only the Chelsea game but every time the Gas play. Some people might think I am a part-time supporter ...... Let me explain.....
I went to my first game when I was just six weeks old. My Mum was ill and asked my Dad to miss the footy and look after me but my Pop had different idea. He wrapped me up in his coat and off we went to Eastville. He had the cheek to give me to the tea lady so he could enjoy the game without me crying .
Since then it has always been me and my Dad's special time . As I got older I went with him all over the country and I especially loved our trips to Twerton ( even if this meant I had to walk miles as he refused to pay car parking fees and I had to sit outside pubs in all weather with my soft drink and packet of crisps)

Am surprised social services are not asking a few questions.

  5. His misses doesn't look bad mind. Nice long legs, nice eyes, but, why the green hat? It doesn't go with the rest of her attire. Perhaps the nutter who hurriedly held his scarf up for fear of being seen, told her what to wear. He plainly has no sense, whether fashion or otherwise.

I suppose you have to feel sorry for the poor bugger, that's the closest he'll ever get to a stadium in Bristol, and only down the road from a useful supermarket, to boot.

Actually neither of them were at the front of the 'looks queue'

  6. Wagstaff in for injured Little at right wing back then.

Reid in for Injured Burns on the bench and Todd Kane signed presumably as cover for Little and Osbourne who must still be injured as well. Anyone know what Karleighs injury is and how bad it is?

Crumbs with no Burns it makes us look very bare up front with JET as only other striking option, we could really do with another club in the bag.
