The pink ball is different than the red Duke. It has to have a coating on it, so it won't shine on one side like a red ball, which is just dyed. Not being able to shine one side was giving speculation that the ball wouldn't swing, but I think Anderson could make Mary Whitehouse swing........

Seems a bit odd, I can't see there being a brilliant business case for it and if you are a City fan, then why? Unless it's some sort of tax fiddle or government scheme, sponsoring run down, shambolic clubs.........

I can't get my head round why, unless it was for nefarious means, you'd put a clause like that in. If a company is bankrupted, surely every effort to maximise the sale of assets should be made, to pay off creditors.

I am just hoping, sat here in agitated anticipation, that they are on the verge of financial ruin - Karma, bloody brilliant Karma, for all the 82 shite they have spouted, for the vitriolic wishes that we went under in 82, for the attempted stadium heist, for the fact that they are the window lickers of Bristol football, for the pure joy seeing them fold. Anyone who used the Hen & Chicken back in the 80's might remember a Glaswegian barmaid, she was great, she was RAF, but she was sound, and her favourite phrase was "f**off and die" how appropriate that now seems to the sad sags........

You do seem to have more than your fair share of window lickers, the ESN teachers in East Bristol must be the busiest in the country......

Sadly, whilst I'd love to take the high ground here and slate them and them alone, I have worked plenty of trains after football matches and they are generally unpleasant journeys, no matter what clubs fans are involved, that said, the behaviour of some of those returning from the Henley Regatta isn't much better, they just have blazers and old school ties on...... And one of the worst was Cardiff University travelling to Swansea for an inter university match, mostly fare evading and they set fire to one of the carriages.

Who cares........ The only news I want is that they are bust, gone, cease to exist, lovely retribution for the horrible bile and pure glee many of them expressed in 82.

I have nothing but contempt for them, hope they sink without trace......

It all depends on your perspective, if you are relating "in the near future", to the beginning of time, then maybe in a few millennia they'll get their new stadium. If you take it as the next year or two, then it does appear to be drug fuelled thinking.....

Are there many clubs who have better training facilities ( that they can hire out and recoup cash from) than playing stadium........ Maybe the sags can be the first!!
