no surprise there me thinks

In fairness to TomF,
I think most of us post items in good faith, wouldn't expect anyone to know everything that is happening 110 miles away from home
-
Contacted the Temperance pub and they stated the increase in prices from first thing in the morning,Guiness is £5.80p
The other thing I don't like about the place is they have a "square bar" and won't/don't serve from the other three sides of the bar
So I am off across the river to east putney undeground station
to watch the Luton v Bournemouth match after I have been to the hard days night photo exhibition

Thanks for all the replys,
and as reward for your thoughts if any of the replyers are heading to Fulham
I'll buy your first pint at the fox and hounds pub which is on the southern side of the river, next to Pultney train stration
and the pints are cheaper there.

For those heading to Fulham by train, suggest buying your own bottles of pop and chocky bars and crips,
and if your on the early departures get yer hot drinks from station outlets
I can see the trains being very busy

The performances in the the last four games(one win and three defeats) have been better.
As a fan I ain't in the entertainment business when going to watch my team,I am there to watch them beat the opposition
If I want to be entertainment.I'll go and my favourite music band.
If we play hoof ball from our keeper, the ball is then half way up the pitch.
Its then a fifty fifty chance of the ball going towards the oppositions goal
Hoof ball every time over entertainment any day.
See all you hoardes at Fulham on Saturday

Journey time from Yeovil to london waterloo is 2h 45mins

Their is only one train an hour from Bristol Temple meads to London on Saturday at 29 minutes past the hour
All BTM departures start from Swansea/Cardiff and call at Bristol Parkway BEFORE arriving at BTM so expect the train to busy
Suggest reserve seat/s,
or if you THINK you live nearer to Bristol Parkway, than BTM then board at Bristol Parkway.
The train/s will be diverted via Westbury and Newbury,so sit on the right hand side of the train in direction of travel when leaving BTM,
then you get a good view of the Gurt big white horse as you go round the corner at Westbury(Wiltshire)

So for the mature members of Bristol City this might interest you.
if your heading to Fulham on Saturday
and what train station was used on the West Somerset railway in the Beatles film?

Sorry guys
Totally stuffed up that one, didn't I?
Yes its Blackpool on 5th February(FA Cup 4th round day) and Preston on the 29th January
Might make a full week of Lancashire hospitality.
See all you hoardes in Lancashire on both saturdays.
Hope you will forgive me for making an "error of Judgement"

Swansea at home in the FA Cup live on BBC1 wales
Cardiff at home in the FA cup live on S4C
So if Bristol City had been drawn against the other lot would the leader of BBC in the west,
asked for the money to have the game shown exclusively in the BBC West area?
A bit of a history question here, when did our BBC allow regional local derby games to be shown on MOTD
are all corners to be now painted yellow?

Be warned that double yellow lines have been been painted on corners in the Ashton area.
Along with the one way system on Dalby Avenue traffic speeds will be slower than a normal match day
Thankfully the kick off time and finishing time will be in day light
