  1. I hate it when the players creep up the line and then take the throw. Hence a couple of meters advantage . Why not get the ball persons to use the foam,  that the refs have, and mark the spot where the ball went out. Then the players know that is where they throw from.

Cisse - the international scout during a period where we haven’t signed an international player. Now coaching the first time. Fabulous

That's not only his role.  He speaks many languages and when we have had foreign players in, he has helped them settle in.

Not often we will get discussed on Soccer Saturday! Gives another outside perspective of the situation. Even Merse is passionate about the sacking! The mention of Scott being sold and not replaced.

Edit: Not sure what Morrison is referring to regarding the spending!

    Merson. Morrison.

    What a load crap. 😠😠😠😠

Get out of our club you useless ******* *****, Lansdowns.

The fact they’ve said they expected promotion sums it all up. Sell the Crown Jewels, give 10% of the budget of the sales to reinvest, blood youngsters, turn a profit, get promoted. Absolute insanity.

Kalifa Cisse interim coach when he hasn’t coached for 2 years. That ******* sums it up as well

Fleming in in charge for now.

    Kia Ora fellow kiwi.

I've have lived in Bristol for the past 36 years, and you can't find anywhere better than Bristol.  Yes it has it problems but the diversity of this area is fantastic. Plenty of different shops pubs and cafés. The gateway to the south west and Cornwall. You won't find anywhere better.

Also there are many stunning and beautiful places to visit in the UK. We know us kiwis need to spread our wings , and doing so appreciate NZ more.

Also North Street,  near Ashton Gate is a nice area as well for diversity.

Kia Ora everyone, I posted on the footy chat regarding City related stuff, but was encouraged to post on here too. My partner and I are moving to Bristol in 6 months time - were mid twenties, from New Zealand. Basically I'm looking for local advice, on anything really! Good areas to live, things to do, things I should know that perhaps I can't really Google about Bristol, etc. Would appreciate any help!

Crikey. Last time I looked, you was 32 year old Kiwi Col working up Lawrence Hill in 1995, and Jonah Lomu was tramplin' all over our brave England boys. Don't tell me yer retired?

Nope still working at the same place (34 years ) but not in Lawrence Hill.
