We aren't urgent enough when we're drawing. When behind, they fight for their lives, but the tempo is way to slow when the game is level.

Wade Elliot deserves a chance. People on here are way to quick to judge, yes, he didn't really impact the game at Brentford, but he was only as bad as what was around him, against Carlisle, he was awful, as way everyone else. Give the bloke a proper chance please, he's only played 70 odd minutes for the club in 2 appearances.
